Huh

I guess I wanted more romance from this. It was building slowly from pretty early on and then...nothing! I guess I'd have to read the rest of the series now to found out what, if anything, is going to happen with Braxton and Jessa.

"I knew I was going to pick a David Bowie album, I found it difficult to pick just one though. I love the way he tells stories in his lyrics. I also really love his chord progressions. Aside from the meaning, I really love 'China Girl'."

"This film about intimacy and longing was the first movie I saw by Wong Kar-wai. He has found a way to draw you into the personal lives of strangers and wrap you in their secrecy. The visual style and sense of color still intrigue me."

"Imagery so lush and intense, matched with the most beautiful Morricone score, make this Malick film—found and made in the editing room—a breathtaking ninety-four-minute montage of early twentieth-century rural life that remains unsurpassed as an example of a searching New Hollywood mastery."

Really enjoyed reading! Interesting story line, bit slow to start but picks up and just keeps rolling. Loved the humour, found the whole novel to be very well written. Does not disappoint.

Fantastic
The storyline immediately captivated me and I found it hard to put this book down. The characters were all likable and the fantasy elements were fantastic. The author simply has a way with world building and I can't wait to jump into the next book.⠀
