Hannah's brother-in-law Bill is running for sheriff, but then his opponent is found murdered in a dumpster. Can Hannah find the killer before the election? Another good mystery with these great characters.

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2398 KP) rated The Kite Runner in Books
Mar 9, 2018
This is the story of a friendship between two boys in 1970's Afghanistan. When something horrible happens, it affects them forever. I loved the author's second book, but I found this one lacking.

Cynthia Armistead (17 KP) rated The Summoning (Darkest Powers, #1) in Books

I would have been much, much happier if the ending were an ending. Instead, it's a "wait for the next book!" I've found the rest of Armstrong's work to be wonderful, and each book stood alone although they all twine together to create a fascinating universe. I cannot say the same for this one.

Addie Johnson (2 KP) rated Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2016) in Movies
Jul 3, 2018
I watched this film a while ago now but although it has some good scenes of the fighting and stunts in the film I've found it was a bit of a cliché love story but I still prefer this over the original pride and prejudice film any day

Loved it
I loved this book!
Definetly my must read book of the year! I would recommend this to everyone, especially those who have suffered from any form of depression, loneliness or anxiety.
I found myself laughing, crying, laughing and crying again. I could relate to a lot of what I was reading.
