A short story about Will's undercover adventure that occurs between books 6 and 7 of the series. The first chapter was jam-packed full of action. It was a quick read and while each discovery surprised me, I felt it was lacking something - but I'm used to the full-length stories, so maybe that's just my problem.

Amazing !!

I usually don't like reading combo books, but this one was different. Such good stories! They are full length books, not just short stories. The characters all are very easy to like, and the story lines make it a difficult book to put down !! Thanks so much for writting it ! Can yall do another one together ?

Great book

This book was amazing!!! It had so many books to read, all full length novels. It takes awhile to read it all, for me as I read quite fast it still took me 26 hours to read all of them. Best book set I have ever bought. They were all such good books, by some very good authors.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story once I'd gotten closer to the end. To begin with, I found this a little clunky to read, things didn't seem to flow so well but once Jakob appeared in the story things started to become a little clearer and things got a little more mysterious.

It's a pretty easy story to predict but its gorgeously creepy and, in the end, very well presented.

I'm loving short stories at the moment, they often bring me a lot more joy than the full-length books I read.

This is a short story, that seems to follow the usual Kevin Hearne's strategy of setting a short story between the 'main courses' of his full novels: a taster, if you will, of what those novels are like.

In this particular case, this story is set after the events of [b:Tricked|106843|Tricked|Alex Robinson|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1347400465s/106843.jpg|102982] but before (I believe, not having read it yet!) of those from [b:Trapped|8428140|Trapped|Michael Northrop|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1395769555s/8428140.jpg|13291342], and deals some more with the aftermath of Atticus's trip to Valhalla in [b:Hammered|10443590|Hammered|Mark Ward|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1328728608s/10443590.jpg|15348265].

The Two Ravens of the title refers to Odin's birds Hugin and Munin, while the One Crow is the Morrigan, who appears to Atticus six years into training his apprentice Granuaile and insists that he must go on a journey with her.

If I'm honest, I found the previous full-length novel ([b:Tricked|106843|Tricked|Alex Robinson|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1347400465s/106843.jpg|102982]) to be a bit of a let-down; thankfully he appears to be back on form in this short story.
