Silly B Movie Fun
Well not a Film to be taken seriously, just fun B Movie on a big budget. All round not as good as the first one. Just seem to have thrown a lot of ideas in the mix to set up various action scenes. Ok for mindless entertainment but one you'll forget quickly.

Holliston TV Series
A fun sitcom created by and starring Adam Green (Hatchet), with co-star Joe Lynch (Wrong Turn 2). This fun series based on 2 wannabe film makers desperately trying to get there movie made while dealing with everyday life. Many surreal and interesting moments (many of which involve Oderus Urungus from the band GWAR or Dee Snider from Twisted Sister) and a mass of guest stars from the horror genre, however I must point out that you don’t have to be a horror fan to enjoy this show!!!

Camp Fun!
I am a big fan of Noelle Stevenson after reading Nimona. It was no surprise to me that this book was awesome! This comic has the same kind of strange girls being themselves, no matter how odd or different, vibe. Mix in some weirdness, some supernatural woodland creatures, fun adventures, an overbearing camp counselor, and a camp leader who seems a little flighty, and you have Lumberjanes. The girls’ robust personalities are so varied, and are illustrated so well. It is refreshing. The book was fun, interesting, hilarious, and appropriate for everyone. I cannot wait to pickup volume 2!!!

Great fun
I watched this with my two sons who are 11 and 13. It’s great fun, great songs (which the 11 year old attempted to sing along to almost immediately) and a fun storyline. It may well have been more enjoyable if the 13 year old hadn’t been watching it though. He pointed out that it wasn’t very historically accurate, and he didn’t think that they had electric guitars back then. Well, despite these and more similar ‘helpful’ comments, myself and the younger son enjoyed it very much. I’m banishing the older one to his room the next time I watch any films. This is pretty standard behaviour from him ?

Malcolm’s Sass
Loads of fun but not a must-read
Jurassic Park was pleasantly well written, and I really enjoyed learning all these little details not in the movies, such as Clarence. The chaos theory stuff was great but that feels stale and mundane after too many years featuring Trump.

Malcom was fun and sometimes Hammond was too but honestly the other characters are pretty forgettable.

Read it if you love dinosaurs like I do, it’s fun, but if you aren’t dinosaur obsessed you’ll be bored. I liked it a lot but it doesn’t make my “omg everyone needs to read this” level of recommendation. :P
