Icky, undistinguished psycho-thriller finds Hammer in House of Mystery and Suspense mode. Except there's not much of either, given that no-one ever moves into a lovely new apartment and finds it's just as good as it seemed on the viewing. The usual fem jeop ensues as Hilary Swank's doctor has to fend off not just her landlord (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) but his elderly dad (his eminence Christopher Lee, in a regrettably small part).

Really has very little to differentiate or commend it beyond Lee's creepy cameo and some fun and games with the chronology at one point; you find yourself wondering just why you're watching a film with such an unpleasant vibe to it - it's kind of playing the game where it seems to be perfectly okay to dwell at great length on the most repellent behaviour, as long as there's a bit of carthartic vengeance in the end. I am seldom convinced by this, especially not when the rest of the film put together in such an average manner.

Ghosting the bad guys
Had this game for years. Love the whole structure (even tho play off line). Still not the done the DLC as love the updates to the maun game that Ubisoft have released.

Missions vary from tactical steath ops (stealth or fail) to all out Gung Ho action. Even the collectables have purpose. Whether it is giving a deeper background to the story or region. Or upgrades for your gear.

The characters are your standard Tom Clancy fare. The spook, the soldiers etc. However you can't help to been drawn in.

As with all Ubi games on release and even today there are bugs. But these are not the bugs of infamy (Assassin's Creed Unity).

At some point I may actually finish this game completely. Hopefully before Breakpoint comes out. Even then I would come back to Wildlands and start over.

Either a really good game, or a really bad game
I love this game. My family and I always used to play this in the school holidays so it always has a lovely memory attached to it. On the other hand, it has been the cause of a few arguments and sore losers as you can probably imagine. Nevertheless, when you can get through a game without arguing it is so fun to play.
It is a massively long game if you are playing in large groups though or people refuse to trade cards and help the game progress. We used to have to either play until an ungodly hour in the morning or put the game aside and continue playing the next night. So if you're after a quick game, Monopoly is a no-no.

Additionally, we used to play card games and use Monopoly money as currency. So there's that use too if you're not feeling up for a massive board game.

After my playthrough of the "Mass Effect" trilogy of video games wound up as a tragically optimistic, sci-fi, gay love story; I decided to look into finding some gay sci-fi romance fiction and stumbled upon this title. I have to say I am glad I did. This book is by no means perfect; there are a few questionable character decisions and some of the dialogue just doesn't feel like something that people in the age group represented would ever actually say, but despite those flaws, this still wound up being a highly entertaining read. The romance elements are kept somewhat to a minimum, which actually works better for me, but when they do arise they are indeed pretty romantic and about 90% believable. The sci-fi / fantasy / adventure elements are more pronounced and while they can stretch credulity a bit more regularly, they were more than suitably exciting enough to allow for the requisite suspension of disbelief. It ends satisfactorily while still leaving quite a lot to be resolved in the sequel, which I can say I look forward to reading.

A must for Monopoly and GOT fans
I'd been waiting for a Game of Thrones themed Monopoly for such a long time, and it does not disappoint.

To start with, the box and entire contents look very high quality and they really make the most of the Games of Thrones theme. The box decoration is sleek and minimal and looks quite fancy, and the instructions are on a rolled up, red ribbon tied scroll. The playing pieces are good choices, although i do wish there was a dragon (as opposed to an egg) as it may stop the constant bickering over who gets to be the Direwolf... The money, cards and properties too are all well suited and really fit in with the theme, to allow you to finally own your own little corner of Westeros.

Of course if you're not a Game of Thrones or Monopoly fan, then this isn't going to appeal. But if you love both, then I'd highly recommend adding this to your game collection. You won't want to play standard Monopoly ever again!

Loads of fun
Having played Lego HP and been slightly frustrated about it, I hadn’t been expecting much from this. Especially as I didn’t realise that it contained all 4 films - I just thought it was the one for Jurassic World.

All I can say is I’m glad it has all 4 films. Although each film/level set is fairly short and doesn’t quite feature everything from the films, they’re still an awful lot of fun. I love the fact that it uses real dialogue from the films (sometimes randomly during a level which makes it even funnier) and the Lego versions of well known scenes are hilarious. The gameplay is a lot more action based and more interesting than the HP games, which makes it even more entertaining. My only criticism and this is being picky, is that the film plays down some of the darker elements especially of the first film. Whilst the lighter Lego alternative is pretty funny, part of me would have loved to see severed arms etc instead.

Roxy the Raccoon: A Story to Help Children Learn about Disability and Inclusion by Alice Reeves is a book about Roxy who is disabled and needs a wheelchair and what her life is like.

This heart felt book for ages 4-8 shows children that there are ways to include a person who can not walk or stand, in their games and life, and how to be creative in finding ways around obstacles.

Roxy the Raccoon is differently-abled and cannot do the same thing as some of the other animals in the forest but with a bit of thought and working together they are able to play together and hang out and see and do the same things. This beautiful story shows how Roxy's friends make her feel included. The illustrations done in watercolor and are eye catching. A stunning book for all children.

I received an ARC from Jessica Kingsley Publishers via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I give this book 4.5/5 stars.

Moira main over here! (the one that actually spams healing orbs) 😊

I fell in love with Overwatch from the very first time I played it. I enjoy all heroes to be quite honest. Apart from Doomfist.

There is a lot of characters to choose from, and getting better at all of them is a constant challenge, so it never gets boring.

Competitive play can be a bit toxic, so playing with friends is way more fun, but you can always make friends in game as well.

I love the arcade mode, where you can play different modes such as Mystery Heroes, or Deathmatches. Also, every week you get loot boxes for winning games there, so that's cool too. When we're on the loot boxes, it's worth to mention that each hero has amazing skins, emotes, voice chats and highlight intros that you can either buy or collect from loot boxes.

Different maps and map modes are available and unlocked. The achievements and stats page is amazing as well - the details on the stats is really cool!

A game that is more fun than it should be...
We played this game by sheer accident. it was at a local convention in the play to win games, we picked it up and tried it out and spent the next 1/2 hour laughing at ourselves. I almost don't want to tell you how to play so that you'll give this game a try blind, which is maybe what made it even more fun. The quick gist if you really must know, is there are points for building your little structure in certain ways, like no red above a green, or no yellow below a black or a green and black can't touch. Sounds way too simple and easy, but yet it's not... and it's timed, so you only have a short window to make it happen as fast as possible.... I hope your not clumsey.... This would be a great kids game, and yet we were all adults playing and having a blast.
