I will admit that I saw this movie years ago and only within the past year got around to reading the book. Without giving any spoilers I can safely say the I prefer the ending to Stephen King's book so much more than what the movie offered. As always his books are just the right combination of creepy and realistic to prevent his work from being unbelievable. My all time favorite author.

Just watched wouldn't normally watch a movie about a teenage girl giving birth too a alien baby but I thought why not could be fun and silly and it is there's a obvious nod to alien of course u have to watch the movie to get what I mean. Not the best sci fi I've seen but I did laugh and probably watch again sometime for a laugh

"This is a book that everybody should read. It’s aneye-openerr. Giving many examples of the fact that our brain has plasticity, which most doctors don’t know. In fact, all doctors, at this point, are localizationists. When your brain is damaged, another part of the brain rewires itself and takes over the same function, making it possible for you to resume normalcy in your life. It is nothing short of miraculous. Get it!"

"I loved seeing the same events happening through Coral's eyes, giving me a much fuller idea of what was happening."
