This is an older one I'd never seen. Thre cinematography was decent and the story played out really well. The acting was good. It had more than a fe faces I'd recognized from old tv shows and movies. It had a decent twist on your typical demonic possession movie. Nothing too terribly graphic-a couple of "almost" sex scenes but they kept it clean. A little bit more on the violence side but it had a very "90s" feel about it(imo)-showing you just enough blood and guts to keep you interested but not overdoing it. Overall this was an entertaining film from before Megan Fox haf a bunch of work done(when she was better looking). Worth a watch!

Possible triggers with child abuse being alluded to (no graphic descriptions but you are aware that it happens)

This is a dark, very different retelling of the classic Cinderella.

You won't find a nice Fairy Godmother or glass slippers here......death, slavery, abuse, yeah, that's here and you know what? I like it. I like the darkness, the fight that Ella has within her, the fire that she shows. I do feel sorry for her though, from the beginning the odds of a happy, fortunate life were stacked against her and people seemed to just take advantage......big mistake!

Definitely not a sweet fairytale for children. This is for adults with a glass of something strong in hand and a free evening.

Dystopian sci-fi movie from the director of Parasite and that film about the giant pig. After an ecological disaster, the last remnants of humanity are stuck on a train doing endless circuits of the world. What will they do when the sausage rolls and toilet paper run out?

Almost certainly the best Korean-Czech graphic novel adaptation ever made, and a pretty good film in all departments - a faint structural resemblence to The Matrix Reloaded may unsettle some viewers, but it just about holds together, and any holes in the plot are largely excused by the fact the film is clearly meant to be intepreted metaphorically. Fine cast, many interesting ideas, well-staged action; should have been a much bigger hit.

The slipcase edition contains all 6 paperback volumes in the main Locke and Key series.

It follows the tale of the Locke family who have moved to Keyhouse.

This series sees horror, grief, magic and good vs evil in a gipping storyline that keeps you on the edge of you seat all the way through.

I would 100% recommend this to both new and old graphic novel lovers looking for their next adventure to read.

This was a strange one. A lot happens throughout the story but jumps around a lot. Ancient artifacts causing time warps will do that. The acting was pretty decent and the cinematography was well done. There's a few mildly graphic scenes., so probably not for kids. Otherwise this was an interesting watch. It plays to choices made by the characters and the varying outcomes. Patrick Wilson is in this one and, as usual, plays the part of villain quite well. Overall this one keeps the interest to the end(which is a little simplistic compared to the rest of the movie)and wraps it up nicely without the typical Hollywood "leave it open for a sequel" route. Worth a watch!
