This graphic novel is one of many from Marvel featuring Disneyworld/Disneyland properties, or, in the case of this graphic novel, one that never came to fruition. The synopsis sounded cool, I'm down for weird museums in general... However, this ended up just not being very interesting at all. It had potential, but overall, it failed.

**This book is NOT for kids!** Likely Stories in an interesting graphic novel. There are four odd short stories in the book, each a little more twisted than the others in various ways. It's an interesting read, if you're a Neil Gaiman fan, or if you're looking for a very adult graphic novel that isn't about superheroes.

"I was in a unique position to be influenced by this book because my parents published it when I was in my twenties (long before Marielle Heller made it into a great movie). It is the most graphic of all the graphic novels I own — and all from the point of view of a teenage girl."

This book, published in 1978, is considered the first modern graphic novel, and it certainly helped spawn the genre. Its storytelling and depth proved this genre has always had far more potential than the fare we see today. Read my review of this fascinating novel here https://tcl-bookreviews.com/2015/10/03/the-first-modern-graphic-novel/
