I studied this in school, and it left a profound impact on me. The idea of mental health and the effect of trauma is explored in detail in this book. A woman begins to see a woman trapped in her yellow wallpaper, but is it a ghostly apparition or a manifestation of herself?

There are still a few glitches and the app crashes on occasion, but it is an excellent way to track your consumption and exercise (the app reads your apple health activity so you get rewarded by means of bonus calories!), with end of the day advice on how your weightloss will progress if you keep up that pace.

Playing through our first campaign, we had to unlearn things from D&D, but the mechanics are very similar to those in 3.5. It took a few sessions for us to figure out the spiral for health and the xp system, but we're getting the hang of it and learning not everything needs to be killed.
