As a remake this one was spot on, from the off its doesn't disappoint, creepy clown stills the show, great young cast with there own issues in life and growing up, I highly recommend this movie, most films they class as horror Normally make me laugh, but this one has you on the edge of your seat with great jump moments, the start of a franchise of movies, let's just hope they don't over do it in future movies and spoil a great hit

A strong cast struggle to survive amid the special effects and implausible twists in the latest version of the giant gorilla classic
Critic Review By Wendy Ide - The Guardian
Original Score: 3 out of 5

Excerpt:
...it’s enjoyable enough, if a little overblown. However, despite the quality of actors – Tom Hiddleston and Brie Larson star, alongside John C Reilly – the characters are not quite as nuanced as you might hope.

[A Plague of Shadows] by [Travis Simmons] was a very quick read. I really enjoyed the characters and the plot. I see it is called "A New Adult Dark Fantasy" but I do not see what makes it 'adult'. I usually equate that with content that I can't put in my classroom. I did not find any of that in this book. To me it was a simple battle of good vs. evil. I hope to read the next installment in [The Harbingers of Light Series].

Wow!! I have been fascinated by WWII & the Holocaust for years. I'm glad I saw a friend of a friend recommend this book on Facebook. This is one of the most heroic women I've read about. Her story made me cry, gave me chills, made me wonder, but most of all it gave me hope. She put herself out there for others and lost a great deal in the process. But she chose to focus on all she gained. What an a,axing woman & a wonderful book.

Claire North is on my Author Watch list. Every time I see her name, I grab her book and hope for the best.

I've really enjoyed this title, and I've enjoyed telling other people about it. I've enjoyed sitting and meditating on it, thinking about and exploring the idea, letting it keep going and expanding in my mind.

the ending was open; anything could have happened. and I'm okay with it, because any one of the options could be good, and right; it's complete and it's fine.

Thor: Rargnarok took the best parts of a couple different Marvel Comics storylines, fused them together into an 80's buddy action comedy movie.

If you apperciated the tone of GotG, like Thor but not his movies you'll love this. Of the 17 films in the franchise this one is in the top half.

I am glad Hulk's Warbond, though not called as such in the film, survived. Hope to see more of Kord and Miek, maybe even a spin off of there own.

45 minutes of comedic private investigators. Very light watching with good storylines & good characters. (0 more)
No news of a follow-up series (0 more)
Easy watching private investigator series
I don't watch much t.v but thought I'd give this series a look following the advertising for it. I quite like reading cosy crimes & this is a televised version of a cosy crime series. The lead roles are great characters, the storylines are clever & the setting in the Stratford upon Avon is delightful. I do hope they bring out another series

Ms. Carter did it again. I absolutely loved the Goddess Test series and I am just as excited about this one. I loved all of the plot twists in it and the characters were so easy to get attached to. I really enjoyed the little details of the book. There was so much action in this and, unlike many other Young Adult novels, there wasn't really a love triangle. Woo! I hope people will want to read this as much as I did. Great job Aimée Carter!!

The way Estelliam writes just hooks you and will not let go. This is the second Alex Hope book and it was even better than the first, which was pretty amazing. Some authors struggle to mix romance with the suspense/mystery but Estelliam gets just the right mix so that one aspect doesn't over ride the other. The charcters are well developed and keep growing as the books progress. The setting is almost a character in itself because it plays a vital part in the story.

I really need to remember that if I wouldn't want to hang around with the main character, I'm not going to enjoy the book. The girl is an idiot I would ditch in less time than it would take her to update her Facebook status. I'm assuming this thing was ghostwritten, as is normal for most books released by actors. I hate seeing an actor whose work I enjoy associated with something so puerile. I hope she gets some honest acting work again soon!
