Apologies in advance, because I am fuming over this movie, and it's been 4 days. No, actually, the movie didn't make me mad, the marketing did. If you haven't seen the trailer for Saint Maud yet then DON'T - because it's the most misleading thing I've ever seen. I saw taglines claiming it was the most unique horror movie ever created. It suggested Maud was possessed, but not be a demon like in most horrors of that nature, but by God himself. And to anyone expecting a possession-horror movie - you're going to be disappointed. Very much like the group of teens a few rows behind me who claimed at the end loudly "that was f*****g s**t that was".

Really didn't care for any of the other characters. Except Thomasin
While the idea was amazing the execution was really lacking.
The VVitch was one of those movies that everyone talked about just how amazing it was but for it it didn't live up to hype at all. You get very few and far between horror monets the rest of the movie is just nothing happening and by nothing I mean NOTHING.

Honestly when it comes down to it the fan theories about all the hidden meanings of the movie are much more interesting then the actual movie.

Yes the movie waa really goo I'm a hardcore horror fan who has watched all the Halloween movies . Michael Myers comes after his sister 40 years later from that night of Laurie baby sitting Tommy Doyle and little Lindsey Wallace .

Good story. I wish I'd read it before seeing the movie. Nothing was shocking or surprising to me when I read it. Maybe I'm desensitized to horror, I don't know. I wished there was more Hannibal Lecter scenes in the story.

I could watch this over and over and over again, back to back. This movie is one of my favorite suspense, horror flicks. It keeps me on the edge on my seat every time. I would recommend this to everyone!
