I am really struggling to write this review simply because I loved this book so much. As many of you know, I have a HUGE thing for vampires so to find a new vampire series has made me incredibly giddy. Armada West's war/SONG is a fast paced adventure that is sure to delight any vampire fan. This is one vampire novel that isn't too cliché and I loved the vampire vs. magi element in it.
What really stole the show in this novel were the characters. Each character was well thought out and made you yearn to learn more about them. I couldn't help but fall in love with Luca, and I found the heroine to be fascinating as well. Armada West certainly knows how to create characters you're going to miss once the book ends.
All in all, I really loved this book. I am genuinely surprised that this book doesn't have more reviews. I cannot wait to read more of Armada's books. Seriously, read it!

I received an ARC ebook from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review
____ 4 Star Rating ____
This story is about a young boy called Kyp who ends up being drawn into a whole new world where all lost things go to. It is suitable for both adults and children, however, there are some strong horror elements so I would perhaps recommend going through this book to see if it's suitable for your own child, it's personal preference afterall.
I have to say I really enjoyed this story and at only 100 pages long you can jump right into the next one straight after. I found this to be really original and I liked all of the characters. It is absolutely packed full of action, each chapter ending with a BOOM to keep you hooked (which definitely worked for me).
I would say it needs a bit more editing but the mistakes only mildly effected my enjoyment and so it deserves a full 4 stars.

I think my favourite track is Changes (1 more)
Go on, give it a go, it might grow on you
A bit of a departure, but not in a bad way
I admit it, it wasn't completely convinced by the tracks released before the album came out, but I wasn't an initial fan of Ultraviolence either. However, I found that once I listened to the album in its entirety I could see a bit better where she was going. It's not devoid of her usual blend of bitter melancholy, but I did think that it allowed a certain level of hopefulness in. I admire the way that all the albums are different and that she is continually experimenting and working with different artists, even if it isn't always to my taste!

Actual rating: 3.5 Stars.
I found this to be an enjoyable, light, fluffy and incredibly random read, it was also absolutely hilarious...I did laugh out loud a few times. Then why only a 3.5 rating you ask? Well...in some places I did get very annoyed with Georgia's attitude, especially towards her parents. I never spoke to my parents the way she did and to be honest I didn't do much of what she and her friends got up to. I thought that yeah it is for teenagers so I should still be able to relate to it as I am only 24, yet I just couldn't relate at all! Maybe it's because I have always been a bit of a tom boy and not a girly girl.
For a light, really silly read pick this one up and give it a try.

12/6/2017 Review:
So I finally decided to reread this series and I still really enjoyed it. I obviously didn't enjoy it as much the second time around but I still love how outrageous this book is. What I find funny is how I read this book around the same time 4 years ago. The characters are still funny, and I'm looking forward to rereading the next in the series even though it doesn't compare to Strings. For those of you who are on the fence about this book please know that it is absolutely outrageous, you cannot take it seriously, it's not for the faint of heart, and it is steamy in a weird sort of way.

Okay, so... this is not my typical book and I usually would only give this kind of book a 3 1/2 Stars but I have to say this definitely made me laugh!
I would actually give this book 4 1/2 stars so I rounded up. The description of this book is very accurate. The plot is kind of there but not amazing, Characters lacked depth, but the characters were hilarious, and I do mean HILARIOUS!
If you get offended by sex or curse words than you should definitely not read this book. Every sentence is filled with creative (and I do mean creative) descriptive words and a lot of cursing.
This book had me laughing, weirded out, & smiling the whole time. I found Kendall Grey's writing to be unique and that was exactly what I was looking for.

The singing/song mash ups
Cast chemistry
Hits the right notes
I found this surprisingly funny and enjoyed the sound track for the film. I'm not a big fan of Musicals and a lot of singing in films, but this still felt more like a Rom/com. You can tell the cast had a blast making this film. Give it a whirl.
