"This novella is wildly imaginative and has one of the best premises I have ever encountered. The Queen of England comes across a bookmobile while walking her corgis on the Palace grounds. She feels compelled to borrow a book and the ensuing infatuation with reading changes her life and the lives of everyone around her. A brilliant, and thankfully prolific, writer."

It had some imaginative ideas, and a nice plot at the end. Good if you like ghosts, houses with history and multiple storylines (can get confusing) (0 more)
Not the easiest book to finish, i just didnt have that page turning feeling like with other books. Also, the plot didn't blow me away but it tied up the story nicely. (0 more)

From the trailer for this i thought no, give it a miss, looks bad. Then Netflix kept recomending it to me until i buckled. I'm so glad i buckled, this is so funny and different from what you expect. Very funny characters and situations, just the look on the fathers face does it for me.

The journey home with the dragon is filled with danger when they encounter a storm and must land on an island with the dangerous disease of curiosity. While not quite as imaginative as the first book, it is still fun for all ages.

This was a really cute novel. I really enjoyed reading it. It was predictable but that is to be expected when a novel is based off of a fairy tale. I found myself engrossed in this novel. It was a nice escape from reality. I will definitely look into reading more novels by this author. The writing was spectacular, and it was very imaginative.

The Last was a blast
There has been nuclear bombings in all major cities leaving this hotel full of people in remote Switzerland alone. What will the survivors do to survive in a world where the rules no longer apply? Add deep reflection, neccesity for awakened self discovery, cannabalism, a murder mystery and the hint of the paranormal and you have a deep and enthralling imaginative novel.
