My first thoughts while watching this: baby James McAvoy was so cute, and is this real life? These extreme African leaders are sort of the butt of jokes all of the time, but you think, surely this couldn't be real life.
This film is told from the perspective of McAvoy's character. Whittaker's portrayal of Idi Amin was interesting. Though this movie is pretty good, you only really need to watch it once.

Not as transparent as the title
While not as good as Split it's still a very good above average thriller, James Mcavoy excels as the main baddy carrying up to ten different characters, I love Sarah Paulson but you'll hate her character at the end of this , Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson both play their roles with great gusto ,all in all a great film let down by tge ending
