Oh dear you have to expect more from John Carpenter than this. A straight to DVD horror that has a very low budget and more of a 12A rating feel to it. Not scary, a few jumpy scenes and that's it. Well at least it has Amber Heard in it, to make it more interesting!

"Some say Jay McInerney partied too much and it hurt his output, but the fact that the party produced this brilliant, hysterically funny description of the party makes the partying worth it in my book. That the novel’s narrator is based on a young woman who, I’ve heard lately, grew up to become John Edwards’ mistress of course only makes it better."

I like the ward, dont get me wrong but its a good movie. It mess with you mind with twist and turns thought the movie. John carpenter comes back into the directors chair after almost 9 years gone after the failure of ghost of mars. John carpenter comes back into the pschological theme. This movie could of been more. Their are good parts in it, good jump scaries and amber heard was good. Other than that it was bad. Like i said it could of been more.

Horror fans should watch it, because in my mind it is a underrated horror film. Directed by a horror icon.

Inside Your Head
Ricochet- oh my god this movie is good. John Lithgow as the villian. He is excellent, wicked, twisted and makes Denzel charcter go insane and crazy. John Lithgow is such a excellent actor and i love when he plays as the villian.

The plot: After tracking down and arresting Earl Talbot Blake (John Lithgow), a psychotic hit man, rookie Los Angeles police officer Nick Styles (Denzel Washington) is hailed as a hero. Several years later, Styles' life appears perfect: He has married his girlfriend, started a family and risen to the position of assistant district attorney. However, his world is turned upside down when Blake escapes from prison with plans to exact brutal and well-calculated revenge.

If you haven't heard or seen this movie than I would highly reccordmend it. Well packed action, suspense and drama.

"I took this title for one of my songs on my third album and dedicated it to my sister; she loves this one too. The last John Cassavetes film . . . I heard he was ill throughout a lot of the making of this and, in the final scene, he waves good-bye. It’s really touching. His real-life wife, Gena Rowlands, is one of my all-time favorite actresses."

I was afraid to read this book because I had heard about how it can leave you ugly crying. After reading it (and crying my eyes out) I was so glad that I decided to, it brings you so many emotions whether you're crying or laughing or even angry, the story stays true to real life and how real people affected by disease live the life they're given. John Green is an amazing writer and this might be his best work.

Story in general
This is my first John Green read and I quite enjoyed it. I had heard a lot about this book before I read it and tried to start it a while ago but put it down for some reason. I’m glad I picked it up again and read it through. I really liked how strong the characters were, I liked that the story did fully focus on the romance between the characters and I’m happy with how the book ended.

"I was a John Peel listener like anyone who had any taste, any lonely soul - there were a lot of us and it was great when we all got together. He played this. I'd never heard anything like it. It was around that period after the Mexico Olympics and the Black Power protest and to this day, surely, this must be the first hip-hop record, not in terms of its music composition but in terms of the content. Everything is there. It is supreme. I wanted to know more about it, so I went out and bought some books - Soul On Ice, Seize The Time, all those things. That's really powerful. John was never quite as bumbling as he liked people to think."

"I'm an enormous Terry Riley fan. For me, Steve Reich and Terry Riley are the twin pillars of minimalism. Simplicity, harmony and repetition: they're very important things in what I do and what I really like. And I chose this album as opposed to A Rainbow In Curved Air because I heard that both John Cale and Terry Riley hated it, and I think it's a record that deserves love. 'The Mirrors In The Great Hall of Versailles' is a fantastic track and one which I just listen to over and over again. It's a really beautiful record. For years I hated the song. There's a song called 'The Soul of Patrick Lee' on it. But then I heard it somewhere and I thought it was quite good. But it's a strange hybrid record, and you can see how Terry could be dissatisfied with hearing something that has repetitive riffs and drums playing underneath it, and how John would feel like it didn't really accord with anything he was doing. Someone had obviously decided that they would make a good pairing because of their history. But they never made another record together which kind of tells you quite a lot. There hasn't been a Church Of Anthrax Revisited. Also it's a fantastic title. It's very dystopian."

Ay sup peeps! I'm here in India, ridiculously bored, and I need some good YA novels to read. Also, I don't want boks about "Miss Slightly Popular and Her Crush that Obviously Likes Her but for Some God-Forsaken Reason She Doesn't Know" NO. I need books about LGBTQIA+ characters. Characters who break stereotypes. Characters from different religions. I don't care about their gender. I don't care about the genre (Unless it's mystery. I cannot stand mystery.) Please. I need some good books.

Also, I'm pretty well-read, s give me books you don't think I've heard of. Or John Green. I'm always ready to cry. Always. (HP REFERENCES FTW)
