The Theory of Conspiracies
Conspiracy Theory- is a good movie, a little long and dated but its still a good movie. Both Mel Gibson and Juila Roberts do a good job and Partick Stewart as the villian, was cool to see. Cause he doesn't play alot of villian roles, so it was nice to see him play as the villian.

The plot: New York City cabbie Jerry Fletcher (Mel Gibson) is an expert on paranoid conspiracy theories. He is also infatuated with government lawyer Alice Sutton (Julia Roberts), who permits his attention because he once rescued her from a mugging. However, when Jerry is captured and put through psychotic tests by Dr. Jonas (Patrick Stewart), he realizes there is an actual conspiracy. After escaping, Jerry enlists Alice's help, but she wonders whether he has uncovered a real threat or is just insane.

Its has good drama, suspense, thrills and some action, but its still a good movie.

Rebel Without a Cause (1955)
Rebel Without a Cause (1955)
1955 | Classics, Drama

"It's about the quality of the star, those people who the camera just loves, and James Dean is really amazing. He's moody, but there's a lot going on beneath the surface. He doesn't go with the crowd which is always very attractive. When you're dealing with adolescence you've always got the kids with that strength of character. I think that's very important. I watched Rebel Without A Cause in the eighties with a group of kids and they thought it was really funny and old fashioned. When you look at it it now it is obviously a bit melodramatic, but that's partly because it's influenced so many films since. It's also a very strange film, a fated film, because the three main juvenile leads, Sal Mineo, Natalie Wood and James Dean, died prematurely. Sal Mineo was murdered in the late seventies, Natalie Wood drowned in an accident, and of course JD was too fast too young."

"“Free Solo” is the rock climbing documentary du jour, and for very just cause. But Alex Honnold’s climbing partner Tommy Caldwell is also the subject of his own documentary, about a different historic ascent of El Capitan. It was directed by Josh Lowell and Peter Mortimer, and was released almost simultaneously with “Free Solo,” and thus hasn’t gotten the attention it deserves. I saw it at its premiere at SXSW in March, at which the entire audience erupted into a standing ovation – during the movie! I couldn’t help but go back for an encore screening a few nights later, which I think is the first time I’ve ever seen a movie twice at a film festival. While Honnold’s achievement is certainly more historic, Caldwell’s unbelievable life story and his accent of the titular wall with Kevin Jorgensen makes for one of the most triumphant feel-great narratives I’ve seen in years. I would recommend watching both docs, back to back, and then joining a climbing gym."

THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE tells a fast-paced story about what it is like to be born special, even amongst the different. Kassia had problems keeping her emotions under control. This is a bad thing because she is able to cause pain, and even death, just by thinking about it. She has her own little support group in her BFF Mira, Noe, Auralee, Zane, and her love, Daxton.

The title of the book sort of gives away the main part of the story, but like most good books, the fun is getting to that part. This IS fast-paced so you need to read it carefully and not skim, otherwise a month has passed and you missed the reference that told you so.

I found this to be a gripping story that engaged my emotions. It was incredibly well-written and I loved every word. This book is concluded nicely with a small teaser that will definitely leave you wanting more. Absolutely recommended by me.

Good Boy Gone Bad
The Hole in the Ground- is a suspenseful movie i give it that, otherwise its just anethor movie about a boy who you think is normal but in reality he's not. I do like the psychological espects in this movie, that it is a plus. Plus the creepyest, the suspense and the horror are all good.

The plot: One night, Sarah's young son disappears into the woods behind their rural home. When he returns, he looks the same, but his behavior grows increasingly disturbing. Sarah begins to believe that the boy who returned may not be her son at all.

Its a intresting take on a boy who seems normal but he's not. Cause like the plot details he gets lost and when he returns he doesn't seem normal, like a different person. Its a intresting movie, but i fell like i have seen this movie/plot before. Otherwise it is a good movie.

Jason Forever
Crystal Lake: The Complete History of Friday The 13th is a excellent documentary of the whole history of the Friday The 13th franchise. Going through each one of them, learn how their got made, interviews with cast memebers, the history of them and more. This is the first horror documentary that i watched and what a excellent start. I love the Friday The 13th franchise, and so watching a documentary about the whole franchise with cast members and learn more about each movies production was intresting. My favorite one is the third one, cause thats where Jason first wears his Hockey Mask and its in 3D and also that theme song. Kane Hodder is my favorite Jason and just wish he was in Freddy vs. Jason. Anways if you love the Friday The 13th franchise and want to learn more about the productions of each one of them, how their got made, the cast interviews and more than you will love this documentary.

Whatever It Takes
Man on Fire- is a excellent action thriller, that I have seen about 5-7 times. Its a really great movie, not sure why critics didnt like this movie. Cause Denzel is excellent, Dakota is excellent. The action, suspense and drama is excellent. Its only downfall is its slow for the 1st half, than picks up during the 2nd half.

The plot: In a Mexico City wracked by a recent wave of kidnappings, ex-CIA operative John Creasy (Denzel Washington) reluctantly accepts a job as a bodyguard for 9-year-old Lupita (Dakota Fanning), the daughter of wealthy businessman Samuel Ramos (Marc Anthony). Just as Creasy begins to develop a fondness for the young girl, a bloodthirsty gunman (Jesús Ochoa) kidnaps her. Now, Creasy must pick off a succession of corrupt cops and criminals to reach his ultimate object of vengeance.

Its a vengeanful film. Packed with action, suspense and drama.
