I gave this up at 47% because I'd been struggling with it from the start and it wasn't improving for me. I'm not sure what it was that wasn't working; maybe the characters behaviour, maybe just the storyline but it didn't pull me in like most other NA books. This seemed more YA if I'm honest :/

I'm giving this one up; a DNF. I didn't like the style or the storyline. I couldn't gel with it and I found it really bizarre that Harlowe wasn't scared of the vampire. Any normal person would be whether they have a fascination with Ireland and vampires or not. Just too strange for my liking, I'm afraid.

Ok as far as horror movies go.
It's clearly trying to be the next Final Destination franchise but it wasn't intelligent enough, or the opposite end of the scale, 'hammy' enough to be funny.
There is a lost era of films like Final Destination or The Faculty that modern horror films just can't seem to emulate.

I enjoyed reading this. I rated it a 3-star because it was so frustrating, the end resulted in so many more questions than answers. Not only that, but I felt like the issues were kept to a minimum. Despite my lower rating, I'm just as excited to continue on to the next chapter of this story!

Watched last night probably the weirdest movie I've seen this year probably won't watch again there were parts of the movie like the maze itself and the part where they all became cardboard versions of themselves and did manage to laugh at some of the jokes that were funny. Just wished it was a better movie

WTF?! You can't just end it like that!
What a way to end it. Who's the kid? Where's Max?
How can Preppy be dead!!!!?????
I really need to read Tyrant now to see how it all plays out. I'm sure everything will work out in the end but something tells me it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Fascinating Great Read
I had previously read Dark Matter by Blake Crouch and enjoyed it, a friend recommended this book. I'll admit that just reading about the book I wasn't running out to get it. I eventually bought the book and I was surprised how much I did like it. It's a fun and unique read.
