An intricately beautiful collection of characters
Elizabeth Strout has a unique ability to create a whole world of detailed and emotional characters that you can just follow throughout the series of books. While you see much less of Lucy Barton in this book, we see how her family members and people in her community have fared. It seems to me like a modern day To Kill a Mockingbird, especially the part about poverty in areas of America.

I read this book on a recommendation. It has been talked about with much praise from many people I admire. The idea of finding love, losing self, and finding self is very good and this book covers it well. My issues is the style and format of the book. I like things that flow and it is choppy because it is written in a series of letters it seems. The voice is incredible and I will recommend this book but for me there was no flow just a series of photos with some missing.

It's so cheesy good (1 more)
The transformation was so bad I laughed till I cried
So bad but screw it I liked it.
Okay Sssssss(7 s') is a totally scrappy B-horror movie that I've only met like 5 people who've seen it, two of which are my parents. It follows the story of a mad scientist who is obsessed with snakes and kind of just spirals out of control from there.
The acting is hilariously bad but I found myself getting really into the movie and the characters.

Much like the blade on the books cover this story slices you to the bone.
This is a story that is relatable and real because it can happen to anyone. This could be anyone’s town. Anyone’s child. Anyone’s family.
I felt myself embodying Camille with every turn of the page. I could feel her scars and strength.
This book does start off slow and end suddenly but it’s a whirlwind of excitement throughout.
Just when you think you have the case solved prepare for one heck of a surprise.

Something a bit different

I was extremely excited to see this movie. That is, until I saw it. While the movie isn’t terrible, it doesn’t quite live up to your expectations. You can kinda just call what’s going to happen the entire movie. The skulls you see in the sky are reminiscent of the Deatheater marks in the sky in Harry Potter. The movie does have some good actors and actresses, but they could’ve hired better ones for some of the roles. Also, the main character’s vehicle is kinda like a batmobile.

this is the second book in the series and again its a fab quick read. this book carries on with the characters from the first book. the characters have a fab chemistry and fit together perfectly. in this book the author has given the characters a new depth. the author has a fab way of writing so that you feel like your there with them. this book has just the right amount of hot steamy scenes to fit perfectly within the story.

Rich descriptive text
I chose to read this book as I saw the advert for the TV series just before it was due, and felt that it sounded really interesting. I like to read books before the film or TV series is released wherever possible to fully enjoy the story as intended as the series or movie can be very different. I read through the book very quickly and found it difficult to put down. Neil Gaiman is quickly becoming one of my favourite authors.

I switched from android to iPhone and the Galaxy Note 8 marks my switch back. The phone is quick to load, and it just works wonderfully all around. I like the way the phone looks and fits in my hand. It's easy to use and there are a ton of neat tricks and apps that can be used with the S Pen, which is easily my favorite thing about this phone.
I've recommended it to several of my friends already and I don't think I'll ever go back to iPhone.

Amberlee Brooks (0 KP) rated a video of Bears vs Babies in Tabletop Games

First of all...why would you want to eat babies? Thats strange. Secondly, this games seems to have a lot of rules or maybe Im just confused. What happens If you deal the cards out at first and forever reason there were a lot of baby cards? So now on your turn there are like say 10 baby cards in the pile. Do you flip over all of them and the babies are that strong? How are you supposed to beat them if there are so many?

Short gameplay
I won this game in a Smashbomb giveaway and m my family has really enjoyed playing it. It's easily adaptable between 2 and 4 players. We laugh about the cards and have a great time.
Gameplay is short enough to hold the attention of my kids. They don't even get upset when they lose like they do with other games. It's a new favorite for sure. The only down side is that i wish the deck was just a little bigger... but I can always buy the expansion.
