Watching Space Jam: A New Legacy is exactly how I imagine experiencing the nine circles of Dante's Inferno would be like, a seemingly endless advertisement for Warner Bros, whilst the remnants of your childhood melt away in painful, screaming agony. Remember how much fun you had back in the 90s with the original Space Jam? Yeah? Fuck you. Here's a violent barrage of quidditch, Matrix jokes, and cool video game lingo, whilst Porky Pig raps in your dumb faces, you dumb bastards.

Look, I know this is a film for kids, but honestly, the kids deserve better. At least Don Cheadle seems like he had fun. Good for him. Good. For. Him.

I fully agree, I watched this and was completely disappointed!

The second half of the movie was WB having everyone dress up in dodgy fancy dress costumes of popular WB owned characters. The heart of the franchise was ripped out and its soul sent to hell (located in the WB basement) I just try to ignore its existence.

Not much I want to say about this book. It really struck me hard because I was reading this book at the same time as the Newtown, CT incident. Reading about killing kids and seeing it on TV was just a bit much for me. Life is stranger than fiction though isn't it?

My wife and kids are away for the next 2 nights. It took me almost an hour to choose a film to watch last night and it was pretty dreadful, please help me avoid this again tonight! Recommend anything on in the UK (Sky, Amazon Prime, Netflix) - preferably horror or sci-fi. Thanks!

I was tempted to watch the Evil Dead "trilogy" again but opted instead for Split (thanks Sarah!). It was quite good, McAvoy was pretty impressive.

I enjoyed this one. Obviously I am not a child but I do enjoy reading some of the kids section sometimes and I enjoyed this one a lot. Parts of it were silly but overall it was all very good. I am going to look for the next one at the library

A kid's picture book about a neighborhood sleuth. Here, he searches for Annie's missing painting of her dog. Humor for adults and a mystery that kids can solve make this a winner.

An average Rom-Com for me with quite a bit of teen comedy humour thrown in as well. It has some quite funny scenes set at the high school as the geeky kid who grew up, returns as an undercover journalist trying to fit in with the popular kids second time round.

The conception of streaming.
YouTube was and still is revolutionary. The ads however are almost as bad as Facebook ads. If you can afford the subscription, do it.

Wonderful read
Not a book for most kids under the age of 12(depends on maturity levels of course). Its a great story about male bonding, but in the worst possible situation they wanted to have it. Overall it is a story of trust, betrayal, and survival among a backdrop of potential failure.

I've read the Tamakis' work before. They really know how to create real characters in real settings. Just because it's a graphic novel doesn't mean that it's only meant for kids. Oh, this is so not. I only recommend starting in the upper teens (Like 15, 16 years old) to read this book.
