Slick and easy to use
I use the kindle app both on an iPad and an android device and it functions well on both. The usability and presentation is superior on the iPad version. There is good syncing between device use. As you should imagine, its pretty advert-led in terms of recommending hundreds of books to you on the front page of the app. All in all, great functionality and solid reading pleasure.

Hmm
Well I've had this on my Kindle for about six years now and honestly, after finishing it, I'm wondering why it's taken me so long to getting around to reading it.
It ended a little too abruptly but I enjoyed this story. It's been a while since I read a book where the characters controlled the elements so it was a nice change.
I'm looking forward to the other three brother's stories

4.5 stars.
Eeeeeh! The end has come! And woah. That trial at the end...i was ready for throwing my kindle when he lied under oath. His wife on the other hand... Go you!
As for our two Princes *happy dance* Laurent actually let his guard down long enough for them to get close and it was kinda beautiful. I am really looking forward to reading book 3.5 so I can read more of them.

I've had this book on my kindle for years, along with another fifty or so New Adult books and I thought it was time I started to read them.
I never really got into this, though. I didn't get why he suddenly wanted to know her. That bit was never explained and that sorta set up my struggle to get into it. I didn't really get the story.
Not for me, really.

Far be it from me to say ill things about Clive Barker's writing but this one went NOWHERE! I got about 2% in, and man, I wanted to throw it out in to oncoming traffic (which, for the record, could not have happened, as I was reading it on my Kindle)! I don't know what he was thinking, but I can clearly understand why hardly anyone mentions IMAJICA when talking about Clive Barker's "good" books!

I received an eARC via Clean Teen Publishing Elite Reviewers which I am a member of. I made no guarantee of a favorable review and the opinions expressed here are my own.
I was magically transported to Italy while reading this well written story line. The characters are well developed and the romance is clean and endearing. I felt like I was caught up in the story and had a difficult time putting my Kindle down.

This kept showing up on my Kindle Unlimited suggestions. I am not so into the political thing so I stayed away. That is until I was a online question and answer session with the author and decided to check them out. Now I am hooked. I love the characters. They are real and have a sense of humor. Some of the snarkiness of the dialogue just makes me laugh out loud. Needless to say I plan to read more.

A portable library
I resisted getting this for a long time as I love holding a book and find just turning the pages deeply satisfying. However with kindle I can take a whole pile of books on holiday without having to carry a ton of extra luggage. This is great if you NEED to be able to read and you can't manage to take a bookcase with you wherever you go.
