What’s not to love about thousands of choices that cost less than a cinema ticket (0 more)
Sometimes even with all the choices there’s still nothing to watch (0 more)
Sometimes too much choice
Netflix is great, it’s introduced me to lots of great tv shows (Hells Kitchen USA, Kimmy Schmidt, Shark Tank) it lets me binge Drag Race over and over and over.

BUT Netflix I have one GIANT question why do you introduce me to a show I love and then not give me every season there is? It’s like saying here is a million pounds but you can only spend £1.27

Netflix is great but sometimes too much choice isn’t great, I can’t be the only one who watches the same thing over and over and over again?

Netflix is responsible for creating some truly great drama and comedy but is that ruining tv as we know it?
Is Netflix classed as tv? Should Netflix shows be considered for tv awards?

Truly 21st Century problems ?

This was one of the few book series that I obsessively read and instantly loved. The romance isn't fast paced, there's historical facts that are interesting, and Maniscalco really knew how to captivate not just me, but other readers too (I got my friend obsessed with this series as well).
I will say, its not for those who don't like the extreme detail on violence and gore, but if you're a fan of crime novels and topics such as Jack the Ripper, then you ought to love this book!
I'm so glad I found this book and would happily recommend this to many people.

The Greater Good
Saw VI- im sad that im almost done with the frachise, i would want to rewatch it again sometime soon in the near future. Like i said in prevous reviews- i love the story line, the twist and turns throughtout the story line, the charcters and the endings.

The Plot: With Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) still directing events from beyond the grave, Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) emerges as the heir to the killer's twisted legacy. But as the FBI closes in, Hoffman sets in motion a game that is designed to reveal Jigsaw's grand scheme.

A must watch franchise, if you havent seen it yet.

"If anyone comes to my house in the country and has never seen this film, I always show it. So, in a way, I am emulating — in that action — exactly Auntie Mame. It is a joyous, crazy cartoon of a movie that has a little bit of everything, but at the heart is this woman we’d have all loved to have known and have taken us under her wing. I also love wall-to-wall speaking in film, and you sure get a lot of dialogue in this one. And who could resist a catch phrase like “Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death”!"

.....Fuckin comedians
Michael Myers is back.... And this is supposed to be what actually happened... 40 years later???
I'm sorry if any of you disagree with me... But this movie blew....
Don't get le wrong. I love the fact that Jamie Lee is back and more of a badass than i wpuld have ever expected.
But come on...
Denying the fact that almost 40 years worth of mythology happened... Thats a hard sell. Let's do some math as well.
You expect me to believe that Michael is wandering around at 61 years old, after being locked up for 40 years... And he's picking up 200 pound men one handed and crushing their windpipes???
I love the Halloween series of films. Even the Rov Zombie offerings... I love the fact that Rob gave us a back story. You found out why Michael was the way he was...
But this??? This was nothing more than two morons... And yes, I think Danny McBride is an idiot. And he should stick to Vice Principals and Eastbound and Down. And stay the fuck away from horror films.
He should've taken a hint from his lackluster and shitty preformance in Alien Covenant... And leave horror to the pros.
I'm sorry but the only person who should've carried on this franchise was John Carpenter himself... But even he knows that you shouldn't dip your pen in the company ink too many times.
Ignoring the mythology of the films and expecting die hard fans to believe that characters like Jamie Lloyd and Tommy Doyle didn't exist in the history is ludicrous.
Some people enjoyed the sequels and some people didnt. But expecting us to forget forty years of horror history???
Not on your life, comedian.

Visually Brilliant and Gorgeous
A New York police officer gets thrown into a crazy world when he stumbles upon a special group trying to stop intergalactic threats.

Acting: 10
Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones have to be one my most favorite duos of all time. Playing Agent J and Agent K respectively, their partnership is one of new blood versus old head. I love how each of them took on their respective role, Smith with air of cockiness and bravado and Jones with the nature of one who has been there and done that too many times before. And I haven’t even dove into the fun performances of actors like Rip Torn and Tony Shalhoub. Very well casted movie.

Beginning: 10

Characters: 10
J and K are magnificent to watch, but it’s the broad scope of aliens for me that take the cake. There’s Jeebs whose head can explode and grow back. Then there’s Edgar who eventually becomes a massive bug wearing an “Edgar Suit” played by the amazing Vincent D’Onofrio. Those are only to name a couple from a large list of enriching characters that shed a fun new light on the underground of New York.

Cinematography/Visuals: 10

Conflict: 10
The first ten minutes of the movie gives you a taste of what the action is going to be like. That dives right into the next scene and the next. Great action with high stakes that races across the city of New York. I appreciate the high level of conflict that kept me engaged.

Entertainment Value: 7

Memorability: 7

Pace: 10
Ninety-eight minutes goes by quick in Men In Black. It’s one of those movies that you almost don’t want to end but you know it has to. It races through its story, but just quickly enough so that you don’t miss any important details. I love when movies can move at a pace like this without ruining with exposition.

Plot: 7

Resolution: 8
I wanted a little more from the ending but it was satisfactory for the most part. Definitely leaves room for the obvious sequel that follows it. Decent way to wrap things up.

Overall: 89
From the beginning, I had no doubt that I was going to like Men In Black. It wraps solid sci-fi action into a nice gift with quick pacing and a solid story for a bow. Director Barry Sonnenfeld masterfully captures the “aliens among us” idea and makes it inventive. Definitely a necessary piece of sci-fi movie history.

1,2 Freddy is coming for you
I love the original film and while I think a remake wasnt needed, certianly not one that involved Micheal Bay, but Freddy maybe needed to be updated.
However mid way through this film they had a chance to tweek Freddys back story, make him a character you could sympthaize with but thats far too much like thinking for a Micheal Bay film.
Jackie Earl Haley follows up his turn as Rorasach in Watchmen with a very creepy performance as Freddy.
