I have read several books by David Jason either writing as himself or as Delboy, and while this is not the best of the bunch it does make for an entertaining read. Its basically a book of mantras and lessons that have helped David Jason to become one of the most recognised actors still alive today. Its full of funny anecdotes and heart warming stories. It also is a good guide book for anyone wanting to have a career in entertainment, as it informs you of the up's and down's, the high's and low's of making it to the top. Well worth a read and definitely an insightful book.

I have read the majority of Jodi Picoult books. She knows how to write a good controversial book, making you see both sides to the story. The characters, in their own rights, are very likeable. My sister's keeper is a very powerful write, and it makes you realise just how fragile life can be. The film with Cameron Diaz was a bit poor, and there was a lot that was missing, and added that was not in the book.

This is the second book in the series. I really enjoy books by this author, the more I read the better they are. This author has a fab way of bringing you romantic fiction stores and making them special. This story is an emotional, tear jerker read, so tissues at the ready. This book has fantastic characters, you will fall in love with as you read. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.
Highly recommended

Percy only remembers the last 8 months of his life, but he's making his way to an encampment of Roman demigods in the hills around San Francisco. Soon, he's on a quest with new friends Hazel and Frank. Will they survive their journey? There is an obvious formula to these books, yet just when I think I'm going to be tired of it, he makes it very interesting. The well developed characters really help with that. Watch for the hilarious scene at Amazon headquarters.

I truly loved every sweetest page of Coming Home to Maple Cottage by Holly Martin.

This enchanting story is overflowing with friendship, romance, love, family and fun. It will have you making your way through a box of tissues as you read. I laughed, I cried, I was completely in love with Isla, Elliot and of course Leo!

I don’t know how I haven’t read Holly Martin before but I will be doing all I can to catch up on her full catalogue of books and all future releases too!

Thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture for the opportunity to read and review this novel prior to publication.

This book gives you two hot and steamy stories in one book. The characters in both books were fantastic. The more I read from this author the better they get. Both stories are action packed, making them very hard to put down till you'd finished them. You will fall in love with the characters as you read. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

Inspiring, informative and easy to follow.
Christopher doesn't hold any punches, he gets right down to it with step by step instructions for each part of the process making it sound very easy to do. You would have thought that more people would do it. He doesn't however go into the fiction genre, he just goes through information books but the publishing process would still be the same.
Anybody even remotely interested in self publishing should read this book and follow its steps.

TRAITOR'S MOON is the second book in the Gladstone Shifters series and it does follow on from book one so I definitely recommend you read that book just to get the full picture.

Ben and Evan are still trying to make their Pack a safe home but Wilburn still has other plans. Jack and William are 'on tour' trying to bring the reality of True Elders to other packs.

There is so much intrigue in this book, making it fast-paced and full of action without it being rushed. As a reader, you daren't blink in case you miss anything. And yet, there is still time for romance, for love, for hope. And not just for MM couples either. Personally, I think this is one of the best parts of these books - instead of just one romance, you get a couple or more!

The world-building is excellent and you also get the political structure and problems too. Although there are a host of characters, each one is fully fleshed out, making every single one of them completely believable.

This is a fantastic addition to the series and I look forward to carrying on with their stories. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Jonah!

Is the 10,000 character limit on reviews really necessary?

Yes, I'm aware that a few of my reviews are ridiculously long, but I'm disappointed to find that some of them don't fit in their entirety on this website. It feels like an unnecessary barrier. I understand you don't want people copy and pasting whole books here, but maybe that character limit needs to be raised a tad? I don't think it could hurt.

Also, sorry for posting so much, and also being the only person posting here. I'm just expressing issues I'm having in the hopes of making this website a better place for everyone.

"If I were to choose a teacher, it would be George Steiner. As well as reading his books, I watch his interviews on YouTube and his references always lead you somewhere interesting — whether it’s a piece of music, a debate about the human need for tragedy, a passage from Shakespeare or Montaigne. He’s into High Art and couldn’t be described as a trendy theorist. But in this book he pushes you to think about what gives art its fundamental qualities. “Real Presences” is an expanded essay that ask the question: Is making art a wager on the existence of God?"
