Never Out of the Fight
Lone Survivor- is a intense action thriller thats based on a true story. Its slow at first, but around halfway in, it gets good.
The plot:In 2005 Afghanistan, Navy SEALs Marcus Luttrell (Mark Wahlberg), Michael Murphy (Taylor Kitsch), Danny Dietz (Emile Hirsch) and Matthew "Axe" Axelson (Ben Foster) deploy on a mission of surveillance and to take out Taliban leader Ahmad Shah. Though spotted by goatherds, Luttrell and his team decide not to kill them. But one of the Afghans alerts a group of Taliban fighters to the invaders, and a terrible battle ensues, in which the SEALs find themselves hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned.
Its a must see film.

Decent Crime Thriller
Another team up between Mark Wahlberg and director Peter Berg. Although not as good as the previous films they did together including @Mile 22 (2018) and @Patriots Day (2016) it is still fairly entertaining with some action scenes. A former cop who is now an ex-con investigates the murder of two cops he knew. It's not got as much humour as I thought it would have but the story was good enough to keep you interested.

If you wanted to turn this into the series it is, you should not have hired Mark Wahlberg to play PI Spencer. I read many of the later Robert Parker novels in the series so Cissy is a huge shock when Susan is his soul mate. Bokeem Woodbine looks more like Hawk than Winston Duke (although Winston Duke is a convincing young Hawk). I am probably biased since Spencer is such a long-in-the -tooth character now and this is a first in a series type movie.

Double Cross
The Corruptor- is a really good movie. Its a very underrated action packed drama film. Both Mark Walhberg and Chow Yun-Fat are both great.
The plot: Martial arts expert Detective Nick Chen (Chow Yun-Fat) teams up with his colleague Danny Wallace (Mark Wahlberg) to keep several gangs in New York City's Chinatown from annihilating each other. They must contend not only with the increasingly power-hungry gangsters, but also with the temptation of bribery and corruption as the bad guys divide and conquer the police forces. In what's beginning to seem like a losing battle, Chen and Wallace struggle to establish law and prevent more bloodshed.
If you havent seen this film than go watch it. Cause its really good.

Deepwater Horizon- is a excellent movie. I remember hearing the story about deepwater horizon back in 2010 when it happen. Its sad and tragic that people lost their lives.
The plot: On April 20, 2010, the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig explodes in the Gulf of Mexico, igniting a massive fireball that kills several crew members. Chief electronics technician Mike Williams (Mark Wahlberg) and his colleagues find themselves fighting for survival as the heat and the flames become stifling and overwhelming. Banding together, the co-workers must use their wits to make it out alive amid all the chaos.
The cast is really good, its a excellent movie about a sad and tragic event.

I'm a Peacock, you got to let me fly!!!
This is a really funny film. I love the duo of Will Ferrell and Mark Walhberg. It also has a great cast. Micheal Keaton, Samuel Jackson, The Rock, Derek Jeter.
The plot: Unlike their heroic counterparts on the force, desk-bound NYPD detectives Gamble (Will Ferrell) and Hoitz (Mark Wahlberg) garner no headlines as they work day to day. Gamble relishes his job as a paper pusher, but Hoitz is itching to get back on the street and make a name for himself. When a seemingly minor case turns out to be a big deal, the two cops get the opportunity to finally prove to their comrades that they have the right stuff.
Its a must see film.

Hadn't seen it since the theater approximately ten years ago but still one of the funniest movies I've ever seen, and at least twenty times more quotable than either ๐๐ฏ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ film. An old-school police procedural pretty impressively melded with a more restrained McKay comedy - switching the focus (smartly, with this one) from his patented over-the-topness to squarely on the jokes. Exhibit A on why Wahlberg is one of the most underused comedic actors on the planet, dude is fully game to satirize his tough guy image and lean into it at the same time. My biggest complaint is that all the vehicle action is shot and edited like utter crap, but the stuntwork and practicals are as sound as can be and there's a pretty bitchin' little shootout near the end of this thing. Plus they blow up the Trump tower less than five minutes into it, what more can you ask for?

The Big Hit- is a excellent film. Its a very underrated slapstick comedy action drama film. Mark Walhberg and Lou Diamond Phillips are excellent in this film.
The plot: Affable hit man Melvin Smiley (Mark Wahlberg) is constantly being scammed by his cutthroat colleagues in the life-ending business. So, when he and his fellow assassins kidnap the daughter of an electronics mogul, it's naturally Melvin who takes the fall when their prime score turns sour. That's because the girl is the goddaughter of the gang's ruthless crime boss. But, even while dodging bullets, Melvin has to keep his real job secret from his unsuspecting fiancรฉe, Pam (Christina Applegate).

I thought this film was fine. It had its moments of funny. It was a little predictable, but I feel like with these movies it always is. I do think that Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell are good together. I found Dusty to be annoying, but I guess that was kind of the point. I am going to watch the second one because I want to know what happens - whatever that's worth.
I didn't like that they kept implying Brad was racist. I just don't find those jokes funny and I'm surprised they tried to land so many.

Neither Man Knows The Truth
2 Guns- is a decent action thriller with a good supporting cast. Its kinda of boring, but its still a intresting movie. With comedy, drama and suspesne in the mix.
The plot: For the past year, DEA agent Bobby Trench (Denzel Washington) and U.S. Navy intelligence officer Marcus Stigman (Mark Wahlberg) have been working under cover as members of a narcotics syndicate. The twist: Neither man knows that the other is an undercover agent. When their attempt to infiltrate a Mexican drug cartel and recover millions goes haywire, the men are disavowed by their superiors. Trench and Stigman must go on the run lest they wind up in jail or in a grave.
Not really a movie that i would reccordmend watching, but if you like both Denzel and Mark than maybe you will like it.
