Wow, just wow...
What can i say about this fantastic tv show? The first season shocked the world by becoming a massive hit with sci-fi and horror fans alike. This young cast has amazing chemistry and the writers created something special. It took me on a trip down memory lane reminding me of things like the goonies and stand by me crossed over with alien and poltergeist. Season 2 picks up exactly where season 1 ended and continues to deliver a cracking story and I look forward to what these guys can do next.

A goldmine BUT
Last night a conversation on the way home about children’s tv shows was completed by a walk down memory lane courtesy of YouTube who allowed us to listen to our favourite tv theme tunes.

Ads are far more prevalent than they were.

Everyone thinks they can be a YouTube star - NEWSFLASH they can’t

Watching a video about training dogs and suddenly some very disturbing scenes appeared (thankfully YouTube acted swiftly and the explicit scenes were gone)

Tell Me Who I Am (2019)
2019 | Documentary, Drama, Mystery
This is a documentary about identical twin brothers Alex and Marcus. Alex had an accident and completely lost his memory, and only recognised Marcus. Marcus helped Alex with his lost memories, unfortunately many of these memories were false and the lies were kept up for years. It may sound like a huge betrayal but when you watch you will understand why. Without spoiling it i went through many emotions, happy at first but as the story progressed i felt shocked and even angry at Marcus but by the end i just felt sad. It's worth a watch but prepare for the emotional rollercoaster.

This is the second book I have read by this author, and I am in love with the writing style. The story is a simple tale of thinking back on life, fitting together the pieces of how you got to where you are in life, but the themes touch upon harsh truths and hit my emotions hard! Ishiguro has an amazing talent for creating a world that feels real with a tinge of the dreamlike. His consistent theme of memory is played out beautiful from story to story. I absolutely loved this book and would highly recommend it.
