Sometimes it isn’t easy to write a review of a novel that is always one of the first to come to mind when someone asks what is my favorite book of all-time favorite. But since this is my 300th blog post (already?), I thought the time was due to write about Joseph Heller’s iconic novel, Catch-22. Huh...i thought I'd enjoy this more. It dragged in places and I definitely felt like I was reading something that was written in the nineties. It wasn't modern enough for me romance wise. I like my rough and ready, dirty talking guys and my kick arse gals but other than the occasional scene, it wasn't there.

It had a good premise but it fell short for me. It was too long, too. I get bored by long books.

Fun movie

A fun movie to remind you of your childhood, full of nostalgia of the original games with a modern twist. The animation is good and Ryan Reynolds as pikachu is just brilliant add and adult element to a childish movie. A fun watch for a few hours, just don't expect the story line to be anything other than it is, very predictable at times, but still good.
