Let me say up front that this wasn’t the best movie I’ve ever seen. The storytelling was a little on the sloppy side, the pacing slow in parts- no pun intended. But it made me feel all kinds of things, positive and negative. And I went out and joined a gym after seeing it. Emotional response and personal motivation from a two-hour theater experience? Not bad.

The occasional interesting idea
Light and Mia. Both very annoying to watch and have a lack of coherent motivation and general characterization (3 more)
Aesthetically bland
Tone is very confused. This movie has no idea what it wants to be
Rushed plotting, things happen too quick. This is made worse by the laughable twists at the end.
As someone who's never watched this anime, this is awful

A lovely, lighthearted and easy read that had me itching to find out more.
It kept me entertained and wanting to continue flicking through the pages.

You were given the impression that the main character was a bit of a drip to start with but boy did she develop. She became a very inspiring character and a great icon that women young and old can draw motivation from.

I wish this wasn't the end
This is the last book of the iron fey spin off series. The ending was satisfying, but I still wish I could read more about these characters. The story was done really well, so while I didn't agree with all the characters actions I did understand there motivation. This series will always be one of my favorites, amd this book truly did it justice.

Album Favorite

"Who Will Buy?' turns into an awesome round, "ripe strawberries, ripe!" It's good, Oliver! is pretty flawless. It's the same as The Sound Of Music: these are classics for a reason. You know every single fucking song. You've been brought up with it. It's a shame Bill Sikes doesn't have a song, and I wonder if that's because Lionel Bart understanding that when a character sings a song they are given some kind of motivation for their acts. He is the most evil character."

Truely amazing
A biogrpahy detailing his personal experiences throughout his life. How he realised he was gay, the motivation behind many of decisions.
Ross Mathews has perfectly delivered a biogrpahy about himself supplying you, the reader, with full on belly laughs and moments that you can relate to on a deep personal level.
Would highly recommend to anyone who strugglewith believing in themselves or anyone who is struggling to accept themself.
It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it deffinetly floated my boat!

This is the quintessential book about Ted Bundy, written by a former co-worker and friend. Ann Rule worked one of the later shifts at a suicide hotline, next to Ted. Rule was working with the police and everything to try to crack the Bundy murder cases. The book covers the motivation/what caused this to happen, i.e., an interesting childhood, rejection by women, etc. She was reserving judgment and thought of him as innocent for a while, which is very interesting to read about.
This is definitely a true crime book worth reading.

New Year, New Me
2018 is here and everyone is making new resolutions, trying to get themselves into better habits or trying to change their behaviour for the better. I have given myself some goals for the year including making healthier choices, putting myself first and not over planning and taking each day as it comes.

New Year's resolutions are difficult and hard and it is easier to get through them if you have some motivation from someone who really understands success and its value.

Enter Sheryl Sandberg.

Iron Man 3 (2013)
2013 | Action, Sci-Fi
Seeing Tony stark prove himself without his suit it is a funny film and has some interesting ideas and villain reveal is amusing (0 more)
The true main villain is a let down with his absolutely poor motivation being somewhat repetitive of the previous series especially as we will never see a confrontation between Tony and his archenemy (1 more)
Also having stark quit at the end seems pointless as we knew he was in the next avengers film
Iron man 3 a mixed final film
Contains spoilers, click to show
So here it is the final film of marvel's iron man series with Tony stark unlikely to return due to his death in endgame which means we will never see him fight the real mandarin look for him in shang chi however Downey is his usual great self and stark character arc is nice nod to avengers about him being just as heroic without his suit and his ptsd and the supporting cast are just as great.

The film is a fun action piece and has many hilarious moments.

It's shame the film has such a lame villain the twist while being funny you soon stop laughing that your left with another crap mcu villain something marvel is improving on fortunely his motivation are poor and he is a let down also the film with stark giving up being iron man felt redundant given we knew he was in age of ultron

Overall this still an enjoyable watch and will thrill the family
