Pointless sex scenes every 5min, characters you can't relate to and not loveable, Anastasia is the most annoying character I have ever seen in a movie.
I had more fun looking inside my empty cup of coffee trying to figure out funny shapes in my mug than watching the movie. Can't believe they made a third one.

Timeless read.
I love this book. It is not my usual genre and it languished on a shelf for a while, until I ran out of other reading material.
Since then, I have read it several times - something I rarely do - as I love the gothic feel and timelessness of the tale.
The characters are well imagined, and whether you like or dislike them, it's because they feel real.
This is a curl up with a mug and an open fire kind of book, perfect for cold dreary evenings.

Illumination's sweet adaptation of The Grinch (2018) opts not to shrink the title character's heart the whole three sizes. #Review
Prematurely Christmassy – and I don’t mean that in a Grinchy way – Illumination’s take on “How The Grinch Stole Christmas!” is as warm and sweet as a hot mug of cocoa that’s mostly marshmallow. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it definitely feels like this is a movie that will find its real home on home video next Christmas rather than unceremoniously dumped in early November where it's left looking longingly at the distant, cosily festive light of December, much the same way its title character regards the town of Whoville from afar....

I adore reading Christmas books! I think I may have mentioned that a few times this year. I love the time of year and reading books specifically centered around winter and Christmas just makes everything more special. This collection of Christmas novellas is a great way to boost the Christmas spirit. Full of faith, romance, and all things Christmas.
From Wyoming to Washington, you will be swept off your feet as these couples conquer the odds and true love prevails.
Snuggle up in your favorite reading spot with a blanket and mug of your favorite steaming beverage (if you have a fireplace, even better), and get lost in the mountains of the west.
I received a copy of Mountain Christmas Brides from Carrie Turansky as a gift. I was not required to write a review. All opinions expressed are mine alone.
