"It was like watching a documentary but it wasn’t. There’s a scene with Lar Lubovitch, who I ended up working with as a professional, where he’s choreographing a piece on Neve Campbell. It seemed they just let the cameras roll; it was so real. It was like being in the studio and watching them rehearse. It was a window into the life of a dancer."

Snoozefest
I rented this movie with high expectations because of my love for both Dwayne Johnson and Neve Campbell and I guess it's true what they say. Every actor does one bad movie in their career. For Dwayne Johnson Skyscraper is it. I felt this movie would keep me on the edge of my seat but the plot fell short for me and it shouldve made me feel for these characters but there was something lacking and honestly it didnt suck me in and I could've cared less if the family survived or not in the end. Not one of the Rock's best
This is one of those wildly cheesy, silly and overblown action films that sadly goes way too over the top. The technology is just too much, the script is pretty average and the whole plot is just very predictable and silly. At least as with all of Dwayne Johnson's films, it is vaguely entertaining but not particularly memorable. The bad guys are cliched and altogether unforgettable and the whole film is just very "meh". The only really good thing I can say is that it was nice to see Neve Campbell in something recent that isn't a Scream film (as that's all I've seen her in). Other than that this is an alright film for background noise and that's it. Even Rampage was better than this.

Spider-rock spider-rock!!
This film is completely ridiculous but I really enjoyed watching it and laughing at the ridiculousness of it. The rock is a former FBI/army person who gets injured and is looked after by doctor Neve Campbell. Fast forward they're now married with 2 kids. He now has a prosthetic leg and does some sort of security. He's tasked with checking out the security of a bloody massive 'supertall' building. Queue armed assailants, a big fire and rocks family in danger. Then theres the rock climbing a 200ft crain and jumping through a window, abseiling 220 floors up using duct tape and curtain chords and best of all using sticky side of duct tape to wall crawl on the outside of the building. It's ridiculous, it's stupid but I did enjoy it. Turn off your brains and enjoy some nonsense!!
