Unusual premise
I enjoyed the progression of the story and the way each new detail was revealed. Towards the end it felt as if the author was throwing in drama for the sake of it and I felt a bit let down after a strong start. Still well worth a read.

The Flash - Season 3
The Flash - Season 3
2016 | Action
In the end, The Flash Season Three is a study in wasted potential and playing to the strengths that built the show, as opposed to pushing the story, characters and actors in new and interesting directions.

Similar to the other 3 in a lot of ways
Chasing Rabbits
Well a film I was definitely looking forward to. The original Matrix was ground breaking and blew audiences away with so much.
This 4th installment just doesn't have that impact. A lot of similar themes to the original Trilogy resurface again. At times almost feeling like a reboot rather than anything new. The action scenes are very good especially towards the end, but the overall story of events from the last film to this one don't offer up much new content or ideas. Enjoyable for fans but still not a patch on the original.

11/10 Rating!
Components are just as amazing as the original game. Wooden meeples and adds a new resource that is just as amazing in quality for the pieces. As with the original the artwork is up to par and looks fanominal. Hand management doesn't change that much but there are new cards to burn through, learn, and play. Resource management is a game changer now that they added the pearls. These are worth extra points at the end of the game as well as needed to take the new basic events that replace the original basic events. These are valuable new resources that can be expensive to obtain. Frog embassadors change the game as the add a new element to worker placement. They are the only worker you own that can go to the new water locations and you only get one per season so you have to use them wisely. The new water locations are also face down until discovered adding new strategies and luck to each game. Still no resource holders which is more of a personal thing for me but they could always add them as an upgrade pack later or you can get some pretty nice theme ones off Etsy if you're willing to pay a higher price for them.
