Ava and Aaron's Christmas Story is beautiful. It is about them and getting a special gift for Christmas. Will they get that special gift? Will they get to spend time with their family? There is rhyming, and children will also learn to read and rhyme.

Children will learn that love and family are more important than presents. I enjoyed the meaning and the fun things they do together. It is all shown throughout the pictures. What fun it is to do something with your mom and dad.

The pictures are down well—the words blended into the images in some cases. I enjoyed the story and was reading the book in one sitting. It tells the story of Christmas and all its meaning. Family and some winter fun that comes along with the holiday season.

Are your children or child waiting for it to snow? Do they enjoy playing in the snow? This story is no different for these two lovely children in the story. Will Ava get her to wish of snow or will not? What are some of your family's Christmas traditions? What surprises are your child or children waiting for to get the shock of someone special or a loved one? Sometimes the wonder is lovely and enjoyable, and seeing someone after it has been a while. Bringing the family together is what it is all about. Is it not for Christmas?

I hate, hate, hate this time of day!

A great story about the elephant and his mother. There is a bedtime story about the time that children do not like so much. There is a goodnight story for toddlers about the time when you have to say goodbye to your favorite toys.

I don't think I've ever read a book with so many different perspectives, so that alone was definitely new to me. Each story was heart-wrenching. Reading how easy it was for these teenagers to fall into the dark pit of sex and drugs the way they did scares me, makes me scared for our children (MY child). There is evil in every corner of the world and Tricks shows not only how much evil there is, but how easily a person can be persuaded to turn toward the depraved acts these children were forced into. My heart bled for all the characters that were affected.

The story begins with a couple and their baby trying to survive in a post apocalyptic world. The father is left injured and in search of someone to care for his baby after he's gone. A deeply emotional story about the lengths a parent will go to to protect their children. Detailing the horrors of not only monsters but the people who are just as bad, if not worse.

(This comic is definitely NOT for children!) I bought Chainsaw Reindeer without looking at anything past the front cover. It just looked like something that I needed to read. Lol It's a one-shot comic about a fed up reindeer that goes on a murderous rampage. It's definitely not deep reading, but it's hilarious and very violent, bloody, messed up, and weird. Best wasted $4 I've spent all week. Lol

This is a funny book. It tell you a story about how Zack became Mind Reader. He was doing an experiment in science class. While he was doing the experiment he did something you should not do when your hands are wet. I do not want to give away how and what happens to him.

This teaches you about science a bit and it also teaches you that you should not do. It is an educational and great for Children and young readers.

A very powerful play centred around a married whom is desperate for a child of her own. Back in the early 20th century, Spain, women were seen only for having children, cooking and cleaning. Her husband denies her a child as he does not want one. I won't say how it ends, but it is well-scripted. Lovely work and thought by Federico Garcia Lorca

Night Night Bible Stories is a collection of stories for children. Parents can read them a story from this book each night. It good for parents and grandparents a like. The book is done well. I enjoyed each story and it understandable for children.

It was able to understand it better then reading the bible itself. It got stories from the old testament and some for the new testament. It broken down into these two parts. Though they flow together nicely in this one book.

The picture are done well. I really got the story behind each one with the pictures. The words and phrases were done well. I was really enjoyed them prase that chance with each story that you read. Some of the stories I got and knew well. I also got new stories I have not known or did not remember. It was really well done for me to understand and read.

Children will be able to grasp the stories being read to them and later be able to pick up the book and read themselves once they have learn to read. This book is worth having for young readers and parents. You can give it as a gift if you want or keep it yourself or for your children or grandchildren. Each story is different but they are written well. The easy to read and simple as well.

Are you looking for more fun and a healthy way to get your child or children to enjoy Halloween? Well, maybe this new book soon to be coming out will do the trick. “Halloween Yoga” is a sweet and cute addition to a book. It occurs during Halloween. It’s little mouse’s favorite time of year; What yoga pose will little mouse and his best friend learn from the McDowell family and friends.

I wonder what kind of Halloween yoga poses Tammy and her friends learn that are Halloween-related. Children will learn new poses but also enjoy this book as they read. This book shows how to stay calm before going trick or treating.

Can you child or children guess what the pose will be? This book continues to help children with different situations and the poses that change during each adventure. Children will learn that wellness and health will keep each child or children calm and enjoy their experience.

In each book in this series, Children learn different kinds of poses to do or enjoy. Little Mouse adventures are enjoyable to all to read—what an excellent book to add to your collection of books; or your yoga classrooms. Children can love reading about the little mouse and his best friend. Children can learn some not-so-spooky, and Halloween-themed yoga poses to try and stay calm.

I’m Lost I’m Lost by Ruth Passmore is a little bit on the misleading side. The cover of this book depicts animals and a train. Potential readers should be aware that although the front cover depicts a train the book has absolutely nothing to do with them (a big disappointment to my two-year-old who loves trains). I know you should never judge a book by its cover by a children’s book may not be the best idea to practice that idea. At the same time, this is a counting book and aside from the numbers on the train cars, the front cover does not hint at this at all, although the back of the book dose.

Baby animals are lost and trying to find their way home in this short counting book. Readers start with a classical animal issue, a cat stuck in a tree. With the aid of very simple illustrations, readers are introduced to nine other animal species, ending with ten baby kangaroos.

What I liked best it that the idea behind this book is great. Counting is a fundamental skill that all children must learn and this book does so in a fun way. Children frequently have a fascination with animals and this book mixes animals with learning in a way children would not notice. The repetitive pattern is also nice for children. What I did not like is that some of the choices in animal types are questionable as they could be difficult for young children to read such as tortoises, hedgehogs, and kangaroos. Also on six out of ten pages, a specific number of animals is given but technically it is wrong. For example page, one says there is one cat stuck and a friend (witch according to the picture is also a cat) helps it, the same issue arises on multiple pages (page three has four fish on it not just the three that are lost). This is very confusing to young children.

Toddlers and their parents are the target readers for this book. Parents will enjoy reading this counting book to their young children. Young readers will enjoy the repetitive pattern of the story. The names of some animals may prove difficult to some young readers and they may need help if reading it on their own. I give this book a 1 out of 2 rating. Although a cute book, I would not necessarily recommend it as an educational book. While there is nothing wrong with the text, the illustrations could be confusing when it comes to counting.
