A suspense filled hit!
A quality, young adult, read that will have you on the edge of your seat.
I had my suspicions on who commited the crimes, I second guessed myself......then third guessed and then decided my first choice was right. The clues are well placed and you can't help but try to solve the mystery before the end.
Speaking of the ending, I'm spying the possibility of, at the very least, a cheeky novella for a sequel. Why? Because there's a kind of cliff hanger/question left unanswered and I NEED to get the answer!! So pretty please Alexandra Weis.......
As far as characters go I really like Aubrey LaRoux, she's our main female and is a pleasure to get to know. She's been where her students are and has that first hand experience to help guide them.
Her students are an unlikely group of misfits, each with their own quirks and oddities. Generally they are fairly likeable, mainly as you get to know them more.
Sheriff Mason Dubois is a hot, strong and capable man. He has southern charm and a stubborn streak that pairs well with the headmistress' blunt, uncooperative and rude personality.
As far as I'm concerned, Have You Seen Me? is a gripping horror/thriller that will have you hooked from the start. It is a young adult plus read, ideal for keeping your imagination going.

Three Tales of Unlucky Milkshakes
Get ready for murder and mayhem around St. Patrick’s Day with these three fun novellas. Up first, we get “Irish Milkshake Murder” from Carlene O’Connor, which finds Tara Meehan and Danny O’Donnell’s pre-wedding party running into a storm that traps them on an island with a killer. Next up, Peggy Ehrhart takes us to New Jersey in “Murder Most Irish.” Her series characters Pamela Paterson and Bettina Fraser are on hand when a man collapses in his lunch at a local diner. But was it murder? Finally, we travel to the north pole with Liz Ireland’s “Mrs. Claus and the Luckless Leprechaun.” Spring is iceball season at the North Pole, but late after a game one night, the injured star of the local team is attacked. Can Mrs. Claus figure out who did it and why?
Since this is a novella collection, all three of these stories are fast reads. But the authors still pack in plenty of twists. They also do a good job of introducing their characters and the worlds they inhabit, so it is easy to jump in if you aren’t familiar with them. The St. Patrick’s Day theme is strong in each story as well. This is a book you’ll be happy to pull out in March and enjoy with your favorite minty milkshake. Who knows, you might even find a new series to read.

Duchess Jacqueline and her closest friends and advisors are traveling to the kingdom of Lysandeir. A summit of other rulers is meeting to decide the fate of a region that has been lawless for as long as anyone can remember. Jacqueline is hoping to lead the others to reach a decision that will most benefit her kingdom. But when a young woman dies before the talks even get started, everything is thrown into chaos. Are the rest of the attendees in danger? Can Jacqueline figure out what is going on?
This book marks the transition in the series from novella to novel length story. Unfortunately, there are some pacing issues in the book near the beginning. Yes, it is setting up some things, but I do wish we had gotten to the mystery faster. It’s hard to complain, however, since I love spending time with these characters, and I enjoyed meeting the new ones. We also got some nice growth in several of the characters. Once the mystery began in earnest, it was strong with some nice twists and red herrings on the way to the logical solution. A word of warning: there are major spoilers (by necessity) in this book if you haven’t read the earlier books in the series. Fans of the series will enjoy this entry overall. If that isn’t you, yet, fix that today.

short, but packs a punch!
I was gifted my copy of this book.
This is set in the Northbound universe but you don't need to have read those books, they are all stand alones. This is only a novella, a short step into this world, and it will give you a beautiful step into Nansen's world, and their writing skill and style.
Sander and Niillas are rivals. But when Sander accepts a drunken dare, Niillas knows he can't let Sander into that house alone. Someone, or something, will need to keep him safe from things that go bump in the night.
This is only short, some 120 pages but it packs quite a punch!
Not everything is laid out for you, and I got more than a few surprises along the way and I loved being kept on my toes!
The romance aspect is minimal, it's more about Sander and Niillas learning about each other, and dealing with what's going on in the house. Niillas knows what it is, but letting Sander in on the secret will mean letting Sander in on a whole lot more than he bargained for.
I loved that Sander wasn't fazed by Niillas, once he knows. I'm being vague, I know but I need to be!
It is only short, as I said but it was brilliantly written and told and I loved it! Thank you.

a very fitting end for Marc and Ziggy!

This is a novella in the Liverpool Boys series, and you really should read Saving Ziggy before this one. Much will not make sense if you haven't.
Ziggy and Marc are 7 years married, settled into life happily. But *something* is missing, they both cannot pinpoint what, so a break away over Christmas seems perfect. What they find, will change their lives forever.
I found this the most PERFECT end to Ziggy and Marc's story!
It's so full of love! Marc and Ziggy are very much in love. That fact shows on every page, and finding the bundle in the summer house? Makes their lives complete.
I loved that there was very little steam here! Ziggy and Marc make plans for *fully* enjoy their down time, but plans go awry!
It emotional, though, on a deep level. Finding a baby will wreck anyone, but taking that baby on? Takes a huge amount of emotional upheaval but Ziggy and Marc own it, beautifully!
All the other *boys* and their partners are talked about, and some pop up at the end, so that was a lovely catch up with everyone.
This really is, the most fitting end to Ziggy and Marc's story.
