"I like this film because Melville was influenced by American cinema, but on the other hand he made very European movies. For me, it’s somehow a movie that gives an answer from ocean to ocean, continent to continent. And I like the rhythm and relaxation of the work of Melville—the inner energy, the pureness."

Underrated heist movie from Steven Soderbergh. Impressive cast, great humor, ridiculous set-ups with lots of twists and turns. Should have been titled "Danny Ocean at the Races".

Soderbergh has "retired" from making movies, but it really seems like he retired from following the rules of the studio system.

One of the best albums I’ve heard in years! Dark, ethereal pop on tracks like “Ocean Eyes” and more radio pop on “My Boy”. This girl is incredible and her talent combined with her brother’s lyrics is a perfect match.
