Amazing Fighter jet scenes (1 more)

Very nostalgic

You can be my wing man anytime

So after being put back a while we finally get to see the Top Gun sequel. I saw it in 4dx which really adds to the fighter jet scenes.
Plot wise it treads a very similar path to the original film, opening is almost identical. Maverick is back to train some past Top Gun graduates for a very dangerous mission. One of the team is Rooster, the son of Goose from the original.
There is plenty of nostalgic moments that are reminiscent of scenes and things from the original film. Good to see Iceman have a role as well. The biggest draw though is the fighter jet scenes. The original stood out and wasn't bettered for the air combat action. This probably improves on fighter jet scenes with a better variety of shots and view points. Top Gun is the perfect film for the big screen.

Loved the humor and comedy they brought with this cast. The Rock speaks for himself. Adding the comedic nature of Kevin Hart and Jack Black just made this movie well rounded and a fitting sequel to the original. (0 more)

There were a few moments that the characters I believe were overplayed but not enough to deter from the movie. (0 more)

I feel that there will never be a replacement for the original with Robin Williams, but this was a fitting continuation and I loved that they added in the tie in from "Alan's Cabin". I had many laugh out loud moments and have even went twice to see this movie. I don't do that often.

The movie in a whole aweaome . funny new toys make for a good watch. Original cast kinda of a fail they pay alott of attention on the new cast then they do the original only down fall i seen. I feel its a feel good kids movie sad kinda but not as sad as 3. If you got kids are your just nostalgic and have to live that toy story moment again give it a try.. woody buzz some of the original cast appear 3 or 4 lines.. Bo peep out of nowhere becomes huge part. Creepy dummys new antagonist ok.. over all not one i would put at my watch over and over kids list.

I'll start this review by stating that I had originally played the original sushi go, and when I found out there was an expansion I immediately purchased it.

Like its predecessor, the aim is to score points which depend on the cards you collect through out the game. You play three rounds, blah blah blah. If you're looking at this game you know how to play the original. This expansion adds the ability to take and input cards with different rules meaning that each game can be completely different.

Highly recommended for fans of the original. Also easy to pick up for those who haven't played the first.

Where is the beaver?

Cute

I watched the original film countless times as a kid and I was looking forward to this. It still is a great family movie. It is still over quant and charming (but thats what i loved) which sometimes is nice to watch and just sped some time feeling the world is nice.

However is there enough difference to make it a stand alone triumph? Well not really and this is why it has the lower score, plus the beaver is missing. How could they lose the beaver? If you haven't seen the original then bump that up to an 8.
