Towerfall Ascension
Towerfall Ascension

TowerFall: Ascension might not be complicated or feature-rich, but the instant pick-up-and-play fun of its local co-op arena battles make this the best game in the PS4’s fledgling library.

Nidhogg 2
Nidhogg 2
2017 | Action
Nidhogg 2 is a surprisingly short game, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a lot of fun. While the Arcade Mode is rather short at eleven stages, the local and online multiplayer options will keep fans coming back.

Sundered
Sundered

Sundered takes the indie, Metroidvania genre to new heights while showing just how good these types of experiences can be. The game is a blast to play, and its high challenge level, even after you’ve powered up your character

Still Striving by A$Ap Ferg
Still Striving by A$Ap Ferg
2017 | Rap
Still Striving isn’t groundbreaking, but it’s a solid record. Ferg has the chops to be considered one of his generation’s greats, but in terms of creative vision and originality, he’s still not quite there.

Blade Of The Immortal (2017)

Blade of the immortal is repetitive. Either way if you are going to see one outlandish and occasionally nauseating bloodbath samurai pic this year, this is the one.

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions
2017 | Action/Adventure
Still a fantastic RPG fourteen years later. The Bowser’s Minions side story is an enjoyable, if occasionally tedious, diversion. But the main quest is better than ever with the same addictive combat, laugh-out-loud story

Jack Black is on form
Fun enjoyable watch, a well made follow up to the original. Doesn't really do anything different from most comedy's, but still enjoyable. Full podcast review on the blog.

Unknown's main victory then is in the fact that it is both different and individually satisfying enough from Neeson's similar recent work to recommend it. More than that actually, Unknown is a damn good thriller.
