Like the title character itself, WONDER WOMAN brings a symbol of hope to the once-murky future of DCEU. Not to mention this is easily the most satisfying summer movie I've ever seen so far.

To me the important thing in this novel is the character developement. While I didn't like Lada in the very beginning of the first book I really thing she underwent an immense character developement and really grew into hersef.

The set up is tired before it even begins, and despite the affections of the cast, nobody shines quite as bright as they should. For a movie about a couple of ladies lost in the jungle, Snatched could use some salvation.

There is a lot of potential in this series. I look at this book as a set up for the genre bending that we have promised. This is a fantastic read – I recommend it to all readers of fantasy.

There are no lessons to be learned here other than to treasure friendships and to never lose sight of the passion for creating. You may laugh, you may cringe…but you’ll definitely find yourself randomly singing

A great introduction to the new Dark Universe this movie is not. Plenty of pretty decent action interspersed with a a few too many sprinkles of clunky comedic relief, and less-than-sizzling love interests, leaves you wanting a bit more.

Gadot's performance is first rate and Jenkins' direction is consistently exciting. They've taking something filled with potential and actually delivered on most of it - and that's something I haven't said about a comic book movie in a very long time.
