A great introduction to the new Dark Universe this movie is not. Plenty of pretty decent action interspersed with a a few too many sprinkles of clunky comedic relief, and less-than-sizzling love interests, leaves you wanting a bit more.

Gadot's performance is first rate and Jenkins' direction is consistently exciting. They've taking something filled with potential and actually delivered on most of it - and that's something I haven't said about a comic book movie in a very long time.

Atomic Blonde strikes a deafening blow thanks to enjoyable characters, furious fight-play and Charlize Theron’s brand of screen command. She’s always in control, whether toying with feminine wilds or slugging another glass of Stoli on the rocks.

This story is complicated. It deals with many moral issues. Families, marriage, strength and weakness. This is a great story coming out just in time for you to toss in your tote bag or beach bag. Just do it!

Originally well written, wonderfully directed, and with stellar performances from the entire cast, The Book of Henry is a great family film with a touching story about love, loss, and the meaning of family even with its incredibly dark themes.
