Battle Chasers is a great game and great RPG. I love the rich characters and their background. The art style makes this whole experience beautiful. The story,I have not completed it yet, has captured me and I can’t wait to see where it goes

GameCritics (290 KP) rated Need for Speed Payback in Video Games
Nov 9, 2017
Simple, fun handling (2 more)
Burnout-style takedowns
Tonnes of race styles
Speed Cards feel unnecessary (1 more)
Rubberband AI
Need For Speed Payback doesn’t really set the genre alight, but it’s the closest we’re likely to get to a new Burnout game. It’s fun to play; mixing various racing events with the explosive set pieces of its proper story missions

Andy K (10823 KP) rated Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire in Video Games
Dec 16, 2017
Probably the best of the few N64 Star Wars games, I remember playing this game fondly as it weaves original characters into the mix of ones you already know. This game was definitely a step up from the SNES games, although, those were still fun as well.
The 3D nature of the 64 broke new ground for most titles including this one. I still remember it fondly.

The cast is outstanding (2 more)
The multiple twists and turns the story takes
Effects are amazing
Rooting tooting good time
I avoided this show at first, as there was no way it could live up to the original film. But after hearing good things I gave it a shot and was not disappointed. This is how you make a interesting world. Can't wait for season 2. Have a podcast over on the blog if you're after more details.

Apr 30, 2017
Great Action scenes (2 more)
Awesome Sfx
Ties in well with the other films
A new lease of life for the Star Wars saga
Another great Star Wars film that links nicely with A new hope. Probably the best film I saw last year and I watched a lot of films. To me it even betters Force Awakens and feels like a new film. Whereas Force Awakens felt more like a retread of ideas from the original trilogy.

Great homage to the original
Thank you Ridley Scott for making this homage to alien. Much better than I expected. After Prometheus this certainly felt more like an alien film. Great action sequences throughout and some jump scares in the right places. would recommend this movie to anyone who has or hasnt seen an alien film, It stands alone and it continues where Prometheus left off.

Refreshing addition to the series
Quick to throw you into the story. The creators use every angle to their advantage from story to the adantage of being a Netflix original. The main character is very likable which helps move the story along. The action is great, fast and bloody. The season is short but it quickly got renewed for a 2nd season, so I will be eagerly waiting for the next chapter.

A Sub-par Film
I didn't love it and I didn't hate it. While the story had potential it wasn't executed as well as it could of been and a few times I got a bit lost. It needed more explanation in the beginning, that would have made the concept of 'jumping' easier to understand. In conclusion, it was alright if you have nothing else to watch.

Groundhog Day on Steroids
Ever felt like you're doing the same thing over and over again, but can't remember when? Yeah, that's this movie. You don't even get time to blink, it's simply straight into action, again and again. Surprisingly, you don't feel like the repetition is getting old. A fast paced, thrilling ride, right to the very end. Plus it's Stephen Amell's cousin so he's very easy on the eyes :p Not bad for an Netflix Original.

GameCritics (290 KP) rated What Remains Of Edith Finch in Video Games
Jul 14, 2017
With just ten minutes to go I was convinced What Remains of Edith Finch was going to be one of the very best games this year.I’m still absolutely enamoured of its characters, setting, atmosphere, attention to detail, and the great bulk of its narrative.
