Honestly, I will watch any Godzilla movie that is made. I've seen some really bad ones lol. But this one wasn't terrible at all. It at least had some level of plot line rather than just a monster terrifying a world it dwarfs because they don't understand it.

One of my favorite elements of this movie was the harken back to the original Godzilla movie with the reference and use of the oxygen remover to shock Godzilla back. Very well played.

"Sure, it’s uneven. For every Book of Job there’s a Book of Leviticus, featuring some of the most boring prose ever written. But if you were stranded on a desert island, what book would better reward long study? And has there ever been a more beautiful distillation of existential philosophy than the Book of Ecclesiastes? Excluding those bizarre final verses, which seem to have been tacked on long after the book’s original composition, by priests nervous about the subversive message."

"The Producers is one of my favorite movies, and I don’t mean the musical. I mean the original one that Mel Brooks directed, with Zero Mostel. I saw it when it first came out. I saw it in the movie theaters, back in the ’60s. I just think as a comedy, and also being in the business as I am, and coming from theater, it just had that much more impact for me. That’s a movie I like very much."

I have enjoyed this series. The first two books I mainly focused on the relationship between the five of them but the last two books I was more focused on the coming battle for our heroine. And that battle happened in this...and apart from that last bit and the two epilogues, I loved this. But I'd have preferred a slightly more happier ending with the original Paca in those epilogues because that Paca wasn't as kick arse as the first
