Action packed
Nice ties to a couple of the other films
If it bleeds...
A very good Predator prequel of sorts. Definitely better than a couple of the other entries. Back to basics and more in touch with the original in terms of the set up. Set in 1719 as a Comanche tribe hunt and are hunted.
It crams a lot in to a short 95 minute run time. With plenty of Predator action. Amber Midthunder stands out as one to watch from this.

Also been watching the first movie in the 7 movie franchise that started with this back in 96 who knew 27 years later there would be 7 of these movies all staring Tom cruise as Ethan hunt. As I used to watch the original tv show so I knew what to expect from the movie and I wasn’t disappointed anyway this weekend I intend to watch all the six mission movies again paramount starting with the first and the second one tomorrow after work

The 2nd full-length Minions movie, with this one also starring a young Gru, but with no Scarlett Overkill (from the first Minions movie) at all bar a sticker on a lunchbox.

And, I have to say, I thought the first - and, even, the original Despicable Me movies - was better, with the story here not really leading anywhere, too much time given to the gibberish Minion talk that you couldn't always understand, and the 1970s setting not really doing anything for me at all.

YMMV, of course ...
