Are you having a hard time finding a good book for your young child? One that will help teach him or her and also with you. I got a book for you. A Winter Walk in the City is worth your time to read to your child or children. It can be read to him or her from when he or she is born to the age of five.

It is a book that will help your child or children learn to count to ten. It also shows you want holidays differently. It got a counting pattern as you read. It also teaches about the different cultural holidays during the winter season.

The pictures are done beautifully. It was one I enjoyed with the bright colors and looking at the illustrations. I even learned a new word in this book. Never heard of it either. You and your child or children and learn together and read together with this book.

A parent or child can reread these books over the year. Read it during the season to learn about the different cultures and what makes living in a city so special. Children may learn about different holidays and their cultures. They will also learn to count to ten or at least try.

Looking for a good book for your newborn child or children? I think one for you. It is called “The Cuddle Book” by Mifflin Lowe. It is a cute book. It's one that is good for all ages but mostly for newborns to three-year-olds.

The book is toddler-proof from the tearing. It made it durable. The pictures are done well and the parents in the book are shared fairly. The book is for loving together and playing together. This book shows you how and where you can cuddle with your family. This includes your child or their siblings or family members. Though it shows it through mom and dad.

It shows a way of loving your family or children through cuddles and hugs. Good for any time but with St. Valentine Day coming up this book is a good one. It is good for your little ones to play with. The rhyming is cute as well.

I loved the pictures. This book is good for any parent or grandparent. It is a good one to have on your bookshelves. It is even a good one to give at a baby shower. I do believe that cuddling is a good thing and teaching showing that love through hugs and cuddles.

"For anyone who doesn't know, this is a Texas-set drama about growing up and growing pains shot over 12 years with the same actors, some of whom start very young and who age on screen before our eyes. It's as much about the heartbreak of being a parent as that of growing up – and that without the moments of real connection between parents and children, siblings and friends, a lot of us would be lost. We don't know when or where these moments are going to come from and we make wrong turns and choices all along the way. Patricia Arquette as the mom who tries hard but keeps picking the wrong man is really good in this. It's ultimately uplifting but doesn't let on that it's necessarily an easy ride and all the more interesting for that. It's always been fascinating seeing kids grow up in dramas (eg AJ and Meadow in The Sopranos or Arya and Sansa in Game of Thrones) but I've never seen so many years condensed into such a short time-space while still feeling there's lots of breathing space in the film. The fact that it's made by Richard Linklater who's so good with actors, picture and soundtrack of course adds loads."

"I’ve got three Pac albums on here, so we can consolidate two of them. Everyone knows I’m a super-duper Pac fan, but when Me Against The World dropped I was 10 years old. So even being 10 years old, I still knew the importance of this album. I knew how ill the shit he was saying was, and how emotional he sounded. I was ten years old, but I could connect to the dude. ""It’s like now, when I’m traveling on the road, a parent will bring their 11-year-old kid to me and say, ‘You’re his favorite rapper. He loves you.’ I’ll think, ‘Yo, he’s 11!’ I have to remember that when I was young, I got it too. I understood it. So it reminds me of that. It’s a classic. ‘Dear Mama’ is a fucking classic. The song ‘Me Against The World’ is a classic. ‘Temptations’ and ‘So Many Tears’ are my favorite songs on there.” ”As far as All Eyez On Me, that was the first double disc in hip-hop. The fact that he even had the fucking audacity to make a double disc. [Laughs.] And make both discs incredible and able to stand on their own two feet, that's crazy to me.”"

Slightly arty space drama with Eva Green. A female engineer is delighted to be selected for a mission to help prepare for the first manned landing on Mars, but does not anticipate the strain this will place on her relationship with her daughter.

Not really a science fiction film in any genuine sense of the word, but one which combines a very realistic portrayal of life as an astronaut in training with an examination of what it means to go off into space leaving your children behind. Doesn't quite ring correctly on a number of levels: we are invited to dislike the American mission commander, who is a chauvinist alpha-male in some ways, but on the other hand the film is about the extra difficulties of being a mum on the way to orbit. Mmm, I don't know - is it really that different from being a father and going off into space? A definite sense of maternity being idealised - a key sequence sees Green's character breaking mission protocols in a pretty major way just to keep a promise to her daughter. (Then again I'm neither a woman or a parent.) A bit of a shame as the film is engaging and well-played, but it's much more about Mas than Mars.
