Disney Classic

WHat not to say about one of Disney's most treasured movies. The score is one of the best and Robin Willams as the genie leaves us applauding for more. The story of a street rat who comes into contact with a mgaic lamp that give him the chance at the beautiful Princess Jasmine. The movie is fun,funny and has it's moments of suspense and danger. Ultimate be careful on what you wish for.

Good Sfx for the early 80's

Great fantasy adventure

Before Lord of the Rings this was the closest you got to a fantasy/action epic. Had good SFX for the time of filming '83! It has a wide range of characters and creatures as a group come together to rescue a princess. A little surprise it was a pg rating. Younger kids might find it a bit scary. Featuring a young Robbie Coltrane and Liam Neeson.

Xena: Warrior Princess follows the title character as she seeks redemption for her grisly past.

Accompanied by her soulmate Gabrielle, The Battling Bard of Poutidea, they travel across Greece and beyond, righting wrongs and helping the hopeless.

The show itself incorporates various mythological creatures and dieties of Ancient Greece, as well as the gods and goddesses of many other religions, including Norse, Indian, Christianity and more.

The show is full of action, comedy, and supernatural suspense, great for all ages.

Filled with prophecy and delight to tantalize every one of your senses. From a madman to a beautiful princess this book will captivate readers of all ages. The only drawback is that we have to wait until November 2018 to continue this epic saga that will ooh and ahh you.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Wow, this book was amazing! The writing is beautiful and atmospheric, and do delightfully creepy.

This is based off of the 12 dancing princess story and then barrels it's way in an incredible but completely unexpected direction.

I loved Annaleigh and her sisters. There voices were authentic and tragic. The pervasive loneliness and isolation of the Thaumus sisters was portrayed so we'll!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this book. When I started it I was afraid that it was going to be like every fairytale about a princess. Dead mother, absent father, unwanted suitor, magic, the clearly right boy choice. But As I read I found myself enraptured by the main character and her relationship with her sisters. The story was fun and had some unique twists. I found this to be a great, light read that just made me happy.
