A very good post apocalyptic vampire film. It has a raw indie film feel to it and hasn't got much advertising, in the UK at least. It is very entertaining, if simple in idea but well executed. Reminded me of the Walking Dead crossed with Near Dark.

Nostalgic feeling when the gates open
My 2 year old absolutely loves this film, from the second it starts she's shouting raw dinsour at the telly.
Brilliantly made and a great effort at bringing jurassic park into the new era of television and cinema

"Shia LaBeouf is mesmerizing, his whole performance built on raw impulse and bursting straight from the center of him. 12-year-old Noah Jupe captivates your heart the second he hits the screen and Alma Har’el brings the story together with a sure and loving hand."

"This book is so raw and true to the feelings of abandonment when a mate ups and leaves that it is a bit scary. I especially appreciate Ferrante’s clear-eyed depiction of the abandoned mother with the snarly children who don’t understand and don’t care either."

Waite Clayton writes with a raw fluidity that matches the beauty of England's Lake District to perfection in this sequel to her first novel, The Wednesday Sisters. You can read the rest of my review here https://tcl-bookreviews.com/2015/01/06/the-wednesday-sisters-sequel-story/

I love me some raw and simple gore
I first watched this movie when I was around 10 or so and hell it messed me up in the way that I could not look away from the screen the entire time.

The thing about The Texas Chainsaw Massacre that always just made it a favorite of mine is just how raw footage it is, it doesn't have any of the flash and awe that a lot of horror movies have but the acting for me to this day is just so on point that I still find myself questioning if this shit was real or not.

I honestly loved everything about this book. I actually saw the show first and was hooked. Rae is so raw and relatable that it's hard not to get attached to her and her struggles through teenaged years. Highly recommend to anyone who has ever felt like they weren't good enough.

I found the way Dresden was drawn distracting here, because he wasn't raw-boned enough, and he was too handsome. There just wasn't enough story, either - and the fact that there's art isn't enough to make up for that. Not sure I'll read any of the other Dresden Files Graphic Novels.
