I loved reading this first in series book, different perspective of the fairys tales u have known , not like the movies so u can get into reading as u dont expect what is coming

I don't normally go for this type of book but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy reading and not that deep. I became invested in the characters and looking forward to reading more about them!!

Not the most plausible series, but it is entertaining and that's why it's called fiction. I did enjoy the first book better, but <i>The Tidal Poole</i> kept me reading and the mystery was well-done. If you're a history buff, better skip it, but if you enjoy reading just for the sake of reading, I recommend the series. :)

I was a bit lost reading this book as I haven't read the ones before. the characters were really interesting and the story line and plot were well written. this book takes you on a thrilling journey. I will defiantly be reading the others in the set then re reading this one.
