Looking for a series or a good children book that may help with stress or stress-related things? Well, this book takes a look at a way to help your child or children. I love the way you can use yoga to help with emotions and stress.

This one is done well. It fun and enjoyable. Your child or yourself can learn from Little mouse adventure in the park. Your child or children will learn some good life lessons as well. Parents and grandparents will enjoy the book as well.

The pictures are fun. They are also enjoyable to look at as well. I see the problem solving throughout this book. The lesson taught in the book helps children learn a skill in their real world as well. Grandparents and parents alike will enjoy having the teaching of yoga and life lesson that children learn at a young age.

We know children get excited or scared. This book teaches about breathing and how to calm the mind in a fun and learnable experience.

I didn't know it was possible to pack so many important topics into slightly over 200 pages. This book is unfortunately incredibly timely. Imagine trying to figure out who you are as a late teenager so you pick a role model like Dr. Martin Luther king Jr. and begin to write him letters to learn more of yourself and your world. Imagine that Dr. MLK Jr was fighting for your rights to be the same as other individuals around you over 72 years ago and although you have more rights you still don't have the same rights. You are looked at as less than and in so profiled by police and other people around you all the time. This book gave me more insight and ripped my heart out. I highly recommend this read for anyone wanting to learn more about racism, police brutality, white privilege and media issues when reporting about such cases. It maybe labeled as fictional but it is all too real of a story I've heard over and over again.

very funny, nostalgic, moving, (0 more)
Whenever i think of Eric Idle, two things come to mind. One is the obvious one, that he was one of the Monty Python team. The other is that he wrote and sang the theme tune for One Foot in the Grave. After reading this autobiography its clear i hardly had even scratched the surface. Over a very long career, he has starred in several movies including the brilliantly funny Nuns on the Run. He has written stage shows and plays. He has travelled around the world more times than Phillaes Fogg and he has met more famous people that i would have thought possible. In this book he tells it all from his early days writing, to organising the final Monty Python tour. He also covers the amazingly brilliant Spamalot (I saw it in Blackpool). He pulls no punches and his honest and frank appraisal of his behaviour is something you don't see very often. A very good read and very informative with lots of anecdotes and real life stories
