Having never played a full game through (except la noire which I cheated through) and walking dead episodes which you can't really lose at, I was shocked to play this incredibly realistic game. The controls were quite advanced but the story is excellent. Unfortunately the DLC proved too hard for me and I gave up haha!

My fascination with this book began with a required reading assignment. Since then, I have read this book over at least 5 different times. The story is rich and realistic, so easy to get lost in. There's a certain comfort in the sadness of the main character and in all that he does. Everyone and their mother should read this book at least once in their lifetime.

It was like a wonderful reunion with old friends to get a new WeHo book! As usual Hancock has created complex characters that all mesh together. The issues the characters deal with are realistic. In this book in particular I liked the use of font for flashback. If there was ever a series I could read more than one it would be this one.

It's A Book!
If read on it's own without ever watching or knowing about the series, it's a beautiful tale of teen anguish, truth, and reality surrounding a topic that deserves more attention.

Read it a few years ago and it has always stuck with me, found it recently at the back of a bookshelf and reading it again. About a young girl growing up in the remote areas of Afghanistan, being forced into an arranged marriage and then finding her way in the world. Not too soppy or romantic but realistic would suggest that everyone read it.

I LOVED Pucked! No other book has made me laugh so hard or so much! The story was great and I immediately fell in love the quirkiness of the characters. Violet was so easy to relate to and Alex was perfect - in a perfectly imperfect way. I loved how realistic Helena made their situations and reactions. Hands down, one of my favorite books EVER.
