Kate WInslet and Jack Black (0 more)
This film is saved by Kate Winslet and Jack Black, I just love their understated relationship and how it develops, their characters seem genuine and I root for them every time! Cameron Diaz overacts her role, I am not a lover of Jude Law and the scenes with his children are twee. Nevertheless in the UK this film is on every Christmas and I watch it every Christmas!

A fictional biography of Mark and his relationship with Peter. Unfortunately, it reads more like a biography of Peter, and much of Mark's life is whitewashed. Furthermore, the characters going from modern English to New King James to quote scripture (much less how much scripture is quoted) makes this novel laughable.

5 Fantastic Stars. This is the first I've read by this author and even though it's book 3 of the series I didn't feel that I'd missed anything vital. The action started nearly straight away and it just didn't stop. Love the love, hate relationship between Jared and Sparrow and can you blame him after what he thinks shes done. If I could award more stars I would. Just bought the rest of the series.

Grey's Anatomy - Season 1
Grey's Anatomy - Season 1
2005 | Drama
The start of a wild journey
The series follows Meredith Grey who is a surgical intern at Seattle Grace. The series gets off to a rocket start with Meredith unknowingly sleeping with an attending at the hospital the night before she starts her internship. As well as following Meredith, the show also follows the other interns who work alongside her. A lot of dark comedy as well as real world relationship and medical woes.

Petrie and Ash did it again! This book was full of action, the way Peter Ash novels usually are, but also gave us glimpses of Peter’s lighter, more playful side and how you change and adapt when there is someone important in your life. I love that the dynamic friendship between Peter and Lewis continues to grow and unfold as does Peter’s relationship with June. This thriller was excellent and un-put-downable.

Well this doesn't seem to be too popular. I can see why, I found it ok but far from great or laugh out loud funny. One that plays on the male/female relationship during an usual setting and events. Seems a popular choice of idea with The Killers, Knight and Day also out this year. However for a Rom-com The ugly truth was way better and for more action go for Knight and day.

The story drags on in some places. (0 more)
I have recently read this book and I rather enjoyed it. The character development is very well done in the sense that it is gradual.

I do have to say that the story seems to waffle on in some places to the point where I started to get bored. But aside from that, I would recommend it to fans of classic literature.

A novel with so much depth.
This is an intelligent book which is well crafted and written with such beautiful language. I loved the intensity between the cousins and the complicated relationship between the dead and the alive. The author knows how to bring characters to life and she does it so well. I can't wait to read her next novel. Buy this one. Seriously, it's magic.

I would like to thank NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book was incredible. The writing is at the same time lyrical and cinematic and absolutely breath-taking.

I was thouroughly invested in Janneke's love/hate relationship with Soren and how she dealt with the effects of her horrendous torture at the hands of a sadist.

Brilliant book.

Repeat offender
This is one of the films I put on as a background noise and is instantly quotable. A fun take on the macho tough guy cop movies that focuses on the less heroic but equally useful roles in the police force. Will Ferrell is always a force of extreme comedy and Mark Wahlberg tries to play it serious but complements the relationship with Will.

I'm a peacock, you go to let me fly!!!
