The first three-quarters of this book was brilliant. The scenes were set perfectly, the suspense was building to crazy proportions and my heart was racing at times. The book was let down by it's ending and the introduction of Vic. I wanted there to be a twist, the first one, where we learn of the relationship between Ashley and Mark was good and unexpected, but the second one, the addition of Vic, was poor and ineffective. A pretty good book overall but could've been better.

Helping Love Last.
Five Languages you probably don't realize are real. Talking in love languages is amazing. He does such a great job explaining them. How to learn to talk in the other persons love language as well as your own. It is helping me save my relationship with my boyfriend. It helped my parents learn to better show love to the other person. Well written.

A simple period drama that works
Street brawler Charles Bronson teams up with hustler James Coburn in this very good drama. Depression era New Orleans is the setting for this interesting drama following two men's unlikely partnership. They have opposed personalities, but makes things work for the purposes of their business relationship. When Coburn gets in some trouble, it is unknown whether Bronson will end up helping him out.

Strong acting throughout kept me very well entertained by this one.

I read this book last year, and since reading it, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Van Gogh is my favorite artist, and I love reading everything and anything about him. This book focuses on the relationship between Theo and Vincent, and uses several letters that they wrote back and forth. This book also didn't hold back some details, such as multiple mentions of the fact they both had syphilis. So, it doesn't shy away from these details, which I appreciate.

Pretty much all of it to be fair. I still watch it though 😳 (0 more)
The worst out of them all.
If you see my review on the first film you will know the Twilight saga is my guilty pleasure. Acting is probably worse than the first film and the story is just stupid. It's like this film is made JUST to put a hiccup in Bella and Edwards relationship needlessly. Pointless film of the saga and yet, as I type, I'm actually watching it LOL

This is one of those books I have been meaning to read for a while. It was a lot of fun to get some background on Carrie as well as tidbits on some of my other faves such as Debbie Reynolds, Mark Hamil, and Harrison Ford. The book is mostly about Carrie’s relationship with Harrison during the filming of the first film. I really liked hearing Carrie describe her life in the audiobook and it was fun that Billie Lourd also narrated some of the journal entries.
