I absolutely LOVED this book (and so did my husband, who rarely likes reading) it had action, Biblical mystery, swirling relationships (Which hopefully we get to see in the next book) and many daring spy type stunts. A great book that pulls you in and does not want to let go, I read it a week ago and I still keep thinking about the possible scenarios. It was so hard to put down. If you have never read anything by Ronie Kendig this is a great one to start with, and one I highly recommend putting on your summer TBR Pile.

I give this book a 5 star rating for the many adventures, the depth of the characters, and for making me feel as though I was right there experiencing all of it first hand. Can not wait to read the next one in this series !!

I was really liking this--it would have got 5 stars!--if not for the whole progression of the relationships with the guys. That sounds like I think it was a bad thing but it seemed rather unfair in my opinion that she didn't sleep with them all. But then that sounds bad to me, too.

It's a little complicated and maybe I'm biased because yeah, five hot guys, but only two have had the right connection/shown enough guilt over what they've done previously for me to want Marnye to get with them and that's the two Z's; Zach and Zayd.

I have no idea how she's going to pick which of these guys she wants. Tristan, I think, is still interested in Lizzie. Creed is trying his hardest to be worthy. Windsor (love the take on the name) is a hard one to figure out.

Titanic (1997)
1997 | Drama, Romance

"Titanic is just — the storytelling, and the size of it, the visual effects… The first thing was just brilliantly — every character was brilliantly fleshed out. Which is typical Cameron. He’s just so good at that. And then, he adds the action. You know, which is what everyone looks forward to. Everyone knows the story of Titanic and that it’s going to hit an iceberg. So you just wait the whole movie for that major crash; but then in the meantime he builds all these stories and all the relationships — all the different characters and all that. I thought that it was just really well done, visual effects, personal stories about people, the character’s development, the action, and then the end. The emotional roller coaster ride was –and the music. Everything was a a straight 10. So it was no wonder the number one movie, when it came out. It was spectacular."
