I preferred this book over the first one. Perhaps this was because it was less focused on relationships and romance.

"My introduction to the French new wave. The way Truffaut dealt with relationships seemed so different. Jeanne Moreau is magical."

I really like the idea of the story but disliked the execution. Very cliche, you can guess the outcome once you begin to understand the story. The script is terrible, has anyone ever heard of a non verbal cue?

The relationships were good in the end.

"Haunting and magical. The way that Fellini dealt with Juliet’s dreams, subconscious, relationships, and the church—I had never seen anything like it."

I preferred the series from Meghan's POV, her attitude and relationships with the Fey made it more my style than with Ethan's teenage broodiness.
