The book is toddler-proof from the tearing. It made it durable. The pictures are done well and the parents in the book are shared fairly. The book is for loving together and playing together. This book shows you how and where you can cuddle with your family. This includes your child or their siblings or family members. Though it shows it through mom and dad.

It shows a way of loving your family or children through cuddles and hugs. Good for any time but with St. Valentine Day coming up this book is a good one. It is good for your little ones to play with. The rhyming is cute as well.

It shows your child or children about some teachable moments like sharing. It can show who a puppy or dog would be willing to share and show its love to you or your children.

This book has some rhyming. What would you do if puppies had pockets? What would they have in their pockets? You could ask your child or children what they think their puppy or puppies would have in their pockets if they had them. It seems to me to be set on imagination and sharing and talking about love.

The book stood created to be held by toddlers and children. It is thick enough for them to turn the pages. It is a short and easy read; Your child can learn to read with this. The pictures are cute; I love the images in this book. Children and adults will enjoy this book. If you are a dog or animal person, this book is for you and your family. The book shows how your loving arms are there for them throughout their happy times and sad times.

Are you looking for a funny little book about cheese? Well, this book is all about cheese. Well, about a cheesemaker. It is suitable for children and a little funny. I hope that it does not make you or your child happen turned off on cheese or things with cheese in them.

The story is fun but be on the lookout for a child to be saying no to eating cheese. The picture remains done well. The rhyming is cute. Will Durdsden figure out how to make cheese and have it tasty? Or will he turn people off once he tells how he makes his delicious cheese?

I am not so sure I would want to eat cheese or much of it if I thought of the process of this being how cheese remains made. We do need a little humor, and children do too. Children may not overthink it and enjoy the story nonetheless.

Children will love it. They made me laugh. That is good for this is a silly little story on Cheesemaker Durdsden and how he loves cheese and making it. Will the town be on the map? Parents, be aware of your children decide to turn down cheese after reading this. Children can have active imaginations, and this one is just as good with it. Will cheesemaker a name for himself and his little village?

Looking forward to the spring. Well, this book I found is just right. It is called Great and Small Easter. It is a good one to have on your little ones' bookshelves. It is a flap book. Which is good for the little one to open the flap.

You and your child can open the flaps and learn new animal sounds. I am rating this book 4.5 only because I got it in the format of a digital and not the board book. I could not open the flaps like in a physical copy. This one should be only in a physical copy and not a digital copy. Other than that this book is good.

The pictures are done well. The picture is pretty to look at. The rhyming is sweet. The animals that are shown tell about a new spring and holiday is about. It is not too complicated. If I had received his book in the physical copy I would have reviewed it and then sent it to my little cousin who would be enjoying them.

I do enjoy these little flap books. They can be enjoyed by all and little ones throughout the year. Any child or children would enjoy opening the flaps and learn different animal sounds or sounds that deal with the spring-like weather.

A Valentine's Breakfast in bed is a sweet story. It shows how the kids love their parents by making breakfast in bed on this special day. This book is excellent for showing love and showing that Valentine's day is for all types of love. Children will learn that Valentine's day is not just for the couple but for all those that we love.

This story is well done. The family in this story is a different one and different ethnicity. I enjoyed that as the author wants to show diversity. This one is good for this book and still has a black history month relation. I do not know if that stood to be that. I love that he has done so. It can stand shown that way and what this memorable holiday in the middle of February is all about.

The pictures are colorful. The story is mainly set on the two children making breakfast for their parents for this special day. They show it by making a few breakfast food for them. How will they enjoy the day with their mom and dad?

This book also will help children learn rhyming and some kindness and love. Parents will enjoy having this book along with the rest of the series on their bookshelves. They can read along with their children.

This is another much-hyped book - and oh man, did it stand up to the hype. Told entirely through poetry, this novel was extraordinarily powerful, and had me sobbing near the end. Xiomara is an amazing character, and her poetry shows us her emotions more than prose ever could.

I've always loved poetry for that reason; especially poetry that plays with formatting - spacing and line breaks and size of stanzas. It's so much more evocative than simple paragraphs of prose. (My favorite poet is probably e.e. cummings, who is rather infamous for unusual formatting.)

Acavedo does similar things, making Xiomara's poetry explode across the page when necessary, and ordering it into simpler stanzas in calmer moments. It's not rhyming, even poetry; this is written slam poetry. And I love it.

Xiomara is Dominican, living in Harlem, with a very strict, religious mother. Her twin brother is gay but not out to their parents; Xiomara is fine with this but knows their mother won't be. Her poems cover her need to protect her brother and herself, both from their parents and from the outside world. She writes about street harassment and questioning God and falling in love with a boy, which is also against her mother's rules. Her poems are at turns heartbreaking and joyous, but always beautiful.

This is an amazing book, and is the second book on my Best of the Year list. I am blown away. You can find all my reviews at http://goddessinthestacks.com

Were you looking for a book for your child last year to explain the different way life is for some time and still going on a bit for now with Covid? Well “I Miss You Most” by Cassie Hoyt has come to mind. I would have read this one earlier in the year if I received it earlier. That's okay I read it now. This book reminds me of the Covid 19 lockdowns and might be able to help children with the stress of distancing.

This book deals with the emotion of missing your loved ones that are far away. It is a good one all around. It might help the social distancing we have to deal with. It works for distance in a general manner rather than just a specific time.

The illustrations are beautiful. This book also deals with child imagination. It also shows that distance is not a faraway thing. You can call your distant relative as well to stay in contact. The rhyming in this book is just good. I do not all rhyme though. Think of all the things you can do when you see that loved one next time.

I love the way this book is done and can be used at any time. The plot can be used for any type of distance like a friend that lives far away or down the block. Good for bedtime reading as well. Parents will want this on their child's or children's bookshelves.

I think I found a great bedtime story. It is a book about animals. It is on a farm. It is called “A Night at the Farm”. It is funny. I enjoyed it. I was laughing at the antics that the animal did while the farmer is asleep. Maybe your child is a night owl and likes to party. They enjoy farm animals and wonder what they might do while you sleep. This book is funny and unique.

The pictures are down well. Its pages look so real. The antics the animals are doing make you laugh and enjoy the story. Parents should get this for their young readers. It is good for children of four years old and to eight years old. If you are older that does not mean you will not like it.

There seems to be a party that begins once the humans go to sleep for the night. The party lasts all night long. Will the animals enjoy the fun. The farm seems unaware. Each page has some rhyming going on but you will be drawn in with the picture being so real. The animals look so real. The animals get into mischief and other trouble. What will they get into? There is something fun for everyone. If your child enjoys fashion shows. There seem to be a dance-off and I wonder what animals are on that. Children will love this bedtime story and the fun mini animals in the book.
