Time isn't on my side
The acting could be way better but the story behind the movie is great. Everyone has a certian amt of time til they die and everything cost seconds, minutes even hours off thier life. The rich can keep on living with more and more while the poor have to earn every second. Time to watch the clock.

Cinderella remade
A fun loving movie about a very rich and successful businessman who gets a prostitute to be his girlfriend for a short wile while he is in town. The usual story to follow man finds girl, man falls in love with girl, girl not interested in way man is interested, girl leaves man and finally man gets the girl.

One of my favourite Eddie Murphy comedies. He is a down and out who gets to trade places with a rich yuppie in a big firm in order to prove a bet. Very funny scenes as the two switch places. Still one of my favourite comedies to date. If you missed it give it a whirl.

Deeply rich characters and settings. (2 more)
The author, Scott Lynch, writes this book in a way that the words drip off of the page like fine liqueur.
Fantasy novels are either cliché and familiar, or try to forcibly break the traditional. This novel is at the same time familiar and yet unique.
One of the best books I've read in years

In the final of this three books series, Nick Barrett is investigating a 25 year old disappearance. What he learns uncovers deeply held secrets of the rich of Charleston. Another great book where each answer leads to more questions.

Pretty good
So I've seen the first Purge and enjoyed it enough to be interested in the second one. Turned out to be pretty good. The acting, cinematography and story were very well done. Interesting take on how the "rich" participate in the purge. Smh. Anyway, if you enjoyed the first Purge movie you'll enjoy this one. Worth a watch.

Dark, but necessary
When Society throws out the people who don't fit the mold, action/reaction! This film was a dramatic reflection of real life. The poor and mentally impaired are considered as bad as the trash piling up on the streets. The rich make the rules. Eventually, someone does snap and sparks a revolution.

"I discovered this book by the poet Adreienne Rich in the now long gone Feminist Book Store in NY's Greenwich Village when I was 25 years old. The title called out to me and became the basis for how I formed my relationship to my own authenticity and how I have approached relationships with other people for my entire life."

"W. C. Fields doesn’t get credit for antiestablishment chaos the way the Marx Brothers do, but his nonsensical visions of getting rich quick deserve no less notice. This movie would still make my list if it only consisted of the sequence in which the con man J. Frothingham Waterbury’s junk bond pitch turns gleefully absurdist when recounted by Fields’s Egbert Sousé."

"In the last ten years this magnum opus has eclipsed Ulysses as the most influential novel of the 20th century. Proust is wonderfully companionable, his analyses of passion and snobbism and the corroding effect of time are devastating, but despite his philosophical gloom his rich, intelligent prose is exhilarating. He and George Eliot are the most intelligent of all authors."
